Thanks Ben. I have and like the BCO tarps. While others might have use for the 5x7 tarps, to me I think they are a bit small. I like a little bit larger tarp (even in a small pack, and even in get-home kits). I personally like using the Grabber 5x7 as a ground cloth... very good purpose for this, and although not my intention, I guess that it can be used as a general cover over equipment as well. I have been playing with the idea of using a 5x7 hung high in an A-Frame over a fire in the rain or snow (not to where it might catch fire, but high enough to keep rain and snow from extinguishing the fire). I don't think I've ever seen anyone try this... may be a great use of a cheap 5x7 though... just sayin. I'll have to give it a try one day soon.
If you do try it make sure to keep your fire off the one end placed higher or the smoke will just stay there. I might have to get one of those grabbers just as a general purpose ground sheet. I think they are reflective on one side as well. I watched Survival Russia say you should have the reflective side down away from you but I'm not sure that is just with a pad or a blanket/tarp as well.
I'm looking for a good tarp I used to cheap tarps but I want some that are 100% waterproof I have got em feelings of my cheap ones not being water proof.
I have the 5x7 multicam the best one out of their 5x7's, The next in terms of quality would be their Coyote IMO.. That's the one I want next but living in Canada the currency conversion on the shipping kills me .... Nice review Ben stay warm
Ben, what company makes that beanie your wearing? I have fingerless rag gloves for my jeep, I'd like to throw one in my glovebox for my trips. Awesome tarp, and coyote color is already the best! Thanks for the review!

Get one of these. Hard to beat the quality for price. 100% waterproof and 100% made in USA.
Nice video, but are you showcasing the tarp or the outerwear? people are talking. ....
