Like you said, my Morgans started with a family member. Inheritance deal, nothing fancy, 6 common dates and MMs. I prefer the Morgans to Peace Dolls, but ASE's will always have that special place in my heart. Happy collecting!

As of now I only have 2 Morgans. A 1879 S and a 1894 O but that’s not the main part of my collection. My main collection is my type set and old seated/bust coins. I’ve put together an awesome complete type set and it’s my prized possession!

I've recently been hooked on moregans again. I started collecting back when i was 12 or so 23 years ago lol. I'd mow a few yards a week and my dad would take me to town to d and d firearms where they sold coins and precious metals. The owner would talk with me and help me pick out the best ones etc. He and his wife were just wonderful and I think they were exploited seeing a kid interested in what they loved. Over time I had put together a nearly complete album less the keys and ccs which I eventually sold to buy my first car. It's always been my favorite hobby, but I think seeing you get a few keys in some of your videos really restarted my love for the morgans and I've been buying them up as I can afford too. Thanks for sharing this awesome video although I've had to pause it a few times to work I managed to get through it and hope others will to. Alot of great info and encouragement!!!

Thank you for a good video. Many coin collectors family really don't give a hoot. And because you have gone to heaven, it really doesn't matter. It was your collection, passion and fun. Maybe there is a way for an estate lawyer to put the whole lot for auction, why stress out your children... they would prefer to have to dinero(money)... ASAP. There is nothing better than Heaven, not even top dollar for an 1893 Silver dollar. Set it up where 2 weeks after the auction your children receive a check to fist fight over... last man/ woman standing wins. Have a great week.

My white old ladies are 5 shy of a century mark. Only 15 are graded the rest are tubed and in a couple of very thin albums. Lotsa of common dates
