    Thanks a lot for the video. I also have a dewalt table saw and the miter gauge is an absolute joke. Can't believe a high-quality saw like that comes equipped with that gauge with so much play and without any precision. Definitely you took care of all those problems.

    a tip for milling a T-slot:
    I take a groove cutter with the appropriate width (e.g. 8 mm for M8) and use it to mill a groove and then use the appropriate T groove cutter to mill the T groove. This is how you protect your T-groove cutter of the smaller dimensions with which you have pre-milled.

    Very nice!
    One suggestion: when you cut a key groove, make a dado before you run it through the router with the keyhole bit. it will run easier, and less stress on the tool and bit.

    What make is your drill press and the chuck, as it looks a nice size drill chuck. Thanks if you can share that information. Very clever designs. You are obviously a tool maker by what i see as i was years ago, now i am building my own woodshop and ideas are appreciated Thanks for sharing

      This product is made in China. The price is attractive, but the precision is lacking. I had to do some work to make the 90 degree angle. If you are on a budget I recommend a better model.

    hallo Carpen, wie saugst du ab damit deine Dewalt selbst ohne Absaugung am Sägeblatt so unglaublich staubfrei arbeitet. hello Carpen, how do you vacuum so that your Dewalt works so incredibly dust-free even without suction on the saw blade.

    You really got to stop wearing gloves when using drill press!! Many years ago I witnessed a young gal get her hand wrapped up and literally pulled her thumb off while wearing gloves on a drill press.

    A great idea and a very well executed project. Unfortunately I couldn't watch the whole video because I found the mime like behavior of the finger shaking and thumbs up and thumbs down to be the height of stupidity and in fact to make a mockery of our craft. You have a voice. Use it.

      네 처음에 날떨림은 심하지 않은데 리빙나이프는 떨림이 좀 있었습니다. 리빙나이프를 짧게 잘라내고 톱날도 좋은것으로 바꾸었더니 좀 나은것 같습니다.

    Way too much effort requiring way to many shop tools. Just buy a decent mitre gauge. The track is standard channel which will accept them.
