I didn’t get his answer in regard to day 1 cpt. I did two masters like this and this year got selected for an h1b and going for stamping. Could you clarify whether the day 1 cpt factor by itself is an issue?
I have a quick question: Let’s say someone has a monetized YT channel from whilst they were on L2 VISA, what would happen to that if they were to switch to H4 VISA? I believe that they are not allowed to upload anymore videos once they switch to H4 until they get their EAD but can they continue to earn through their older videos that were uploaded whilst they were on L2? I have no way of contacting you and I really need some guidance on this. Hence the question in form of a comment.
@@Akin9 you can still upload videos while on H4 just don't monetize the video. And yes, you can keep earning through your previous videos because that's called passive income.

Once you have the approval you can start booking your appointment!

Yes that's our understanding too! You can't monetize new videos but revenue through old videos is passive income .. 😊
