As a professional stained glass artist of 35 years who worked in several prestigious shops like Pittsburg Stained glass and Calligan studios before opening my own shop , I can say that all of your techniques are in keeping with professional standards used in the industry. Nice to see it presented correctly as opposed to the many more 'hobbyist' type of videos I usually see on the subject .

I couldn't sleep, so I turned to RUclips to search for methods to remove lead from my glass windows. However, this video caught my attention. I found it incredibly captivating and intriguing to witness the creation process of stained glass windows. It truly is a masterpiece of art.
My grandparents had an old American four square house with stained glass windows. They sold it years ago and somewhere along the way one of the owners removed those beautiful windows. Every time I think of that it makes me so sad but seeing this video made me smile. Happy to see that artists are still out there creating such beautiful windows to be enjoyed again
You are an amazing professional artist. Thank you for your hard work and tenacity to stay in this area of glass art where others can enjoy the beauty and character of each custom piece.
❤WOW!!! AMAZING!! I LOVE STAINED GLASS!! 😮ALWAYS WANTED to learn to do that, but I enjoyed watching THIS TALENTED PERSON DO THIS BEAUTIFUL ARTWORK!! 😅❤
This is so beautiful. I believe almost everybody has a house of their dreams, in this sense I always remember the robot's house from the bicentennial man. All wood made and, sure enough, a very beautiful glass decorated front door.
this type of craftsmanship always amazed me! I wish I could learn it but I’m also intimidated since it’s not an easy work & needs serious creativity too
Thank you and no problem but I must let you know I can only make for clients who are able to collect in person once made from my workshop in Manchester UK
beautiful workmanship. and they all go together which is awesome. i didn’t know quite so much work went into creating this art. i also looved your shirt in the first part. the flowers over those shoulders! :). good light music, too. thanks much. really enjoyed this. 😋🌷🌱
Beautiful and elegant work. I loved this art. It's great and I hope I will have the opportunity to get good raw materials and equipment to start the application
Always loved stained glass windows. Watching an absolute Master at work is so pleasing. It must be so satisfying to make such beauty and see it transform space and light.
When I was just a kid my mom made stained glass windows, the same way as shown in this video. She was very good at making pieces up to about the size made in this video. She has made quite a few for clients that got installed into front doors and accent windows of their homes and installed back lit in a wall behind the liquor bar, and to replace some plain clear glass doors of some wooden cabinet doors and skylights, etc... It is hard work and takes talent and tike to be good.
@@JanLightLeadedDesigns --- thanks for reply. It's funny because my mom and the lady who lived next door, back around 1980 or so, went to a nightschool class to learn how to make staind glass windows. And my mom, who will say she isn't talented, really liked making staind glass windows and she made small pieces, pretty simple designs and gave them as gifts to family etc... and then she did some larger pieces and more intricate. Then my father had a side business besides his suit and tie job, owning a general contractor business and did remodeling homes and so he would suggest the client install stained glass somewhere in the house and tell them his wife did the work, and so for 4 or 5 years she made stained glass windows. I enjoyed watching the process cutting the glass, the camming, then she would use a soft clay and squeeze it into the camming to fill the gaps between the glass and camming then she used corn starch or some powder and brush it in to set the clay to harden, I believe. Then she would use a soldering iron and make all the joints and put strips of metal as supportto keep the window stiff. I like the solderer you used in the video. That's really a great design and must make it so much quicker than using an old fashoned stick type iron. Take care, stay healthy and I'll be watching your videos.
Beautiful windows, I personally would have chosen darker colors but the light colors work perfectly because these window look like a hybrid of art nouveau and renaissance revival. :)
