In today's video, we have a staple dish from the Sri Lankan Cuisine: Idiyappam. Idiyappam is commonly prepared using either red or white rice flour (both roasted). In this recipe I'll be sharing my recipe with tips on how you can make super soft idiyappam that will impress everyone for sure.
