Whoa, in the first two seconds my eyes opened wide at how spot on this sounds to the original game. The flute with the reverb is so spot on.

A lot of times when listening to the old DKC music nostalgia would hit me and I would occasionally even get a bit teary-eyed over the enjoyment. When this song started, it hit me harder than ever before - what an amazing work! Liked, added to playlist, subscribed!

but also kinda sad, cause I used to be a lot more into various types of music.
I should take it as inspiration instead though to get better.
Edit: but it's really impressive. Many people have told me banjo is one of the hardest instruments. Maybe there's some technical truth to the claim, but pipe organs or great scottish bag pipes would probably take the cake. Anyways, something I'd tell people is that the hardest instrument is the one you don't have a passion for. It looks like you have great passion and skill in not just banjo, but other strings, percussion, and wind. Very impressive.
