It would be nice to demonstrate some stitches that might help to make it easier to quilt for a newbie, other than a straight stitch. There is a stippling stitch on the machine, love to see how that works.
GREAT VIDEO, HOWEVER, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO SEE UP CLOSE WHEN INSTRUCTING WHERE CERTAIN BUTTONS ARE, INCLUDING AND ESPECIALLY THREADING THE NEEDLE AND INSERTING THE BOBBIN THREAD.
Thanks for your feedback. This was one of our first videos, and we have learned a lot since the filming of this video. We now offer more close-up shots as we know how helpful they are. Thanks for watching!
Unfortunately we are not able to see the threading of the machine due to your hands were in the way. Could not see putting the bobbin as camera too far away. Also the smaller one for the wheel of cotton is used for Aurifil thread.
Who is running this camera? You can't see the instructor thread the bobbin through, etc. Most of the time we are looking at him from a distance, instead of seeing the presser feet up close, seeing the top of the machine when he was threading. He does know the machine, but needs to have close-ups.
Thank you for your feedback. This is one of the first videos we created, and we learned a lot from it. Our newer videos now have better camera angles. 🙂
the machine does NOT come with the straight needle plate. i was very disappointed that you have to purchase one. it only comes with the zigzag plate :(
My issue with this video is that if it is supposed to be instructional then it svoild show in great Segall what he doing. Listening to him say to 'pit this in here and loop around rhat little thung doesn't help Mr understand how ti did it. I appreciate how difficult avs pInstakingit is to create such detailed descriptions, but if you do t take the time to explain precisely what you are doing ar each step, all you are doing is showing that you know how to use the needle threader, something I take for granted when I selected the video in the 1st place. I. However am no closer to understanding either how to do it or how it works than I was at the beginning. For me a fall
Way too fast for beginning introduction and way too far away to see what is occurring. Pressure feet not shown up close. Hands and arms in the views are necessary, but then needs to do close ups to see what was done. I gave up early in the video.

Hard to see how to thread. I appreciate the video, but all I saw was hands and arms when it needed to be close up.
Thank you for your feedback.
Yeah I’m with everyone. The camerawork isn’t doing enough to catch what is actually being done up close. There needs to be a camera getting closer.
