Oxtail Meat
1 medium onion
4 tomatoes
3-4 big yellow peppers
Fish Sauce
1 1/2 Tamarind Soup Base Mix Packet
1 large Gabi/Taro root
1 Eggplant
String Beans
Okra
Kalabasa/Pumpkin

looks so good. I'm use to eating it with pork ribs, Green jalapeno, No pumpkin, green beans, taros, or no taros, tomatoes, onions, bok choy, okra, patis, & tamarind packs. This is one of my kids favorite filipino food. Watching this makes me want some right now. 🤤🤤🤤🤤

In Puerto Rico gabi is called malanga. We use those types of root vegetable to do soup and many other things. I think in English is called taro root.
