I played this game as a young man and loved it. As an adult I drive in Los Angeles traffic quite a lot. The thought of this game makes me want to punt it across the room I'm playing it in. If only traffic was as simple as a puzzle game

Here is a question: I have the original Rush Hour and want to know if I can buy ,say number 3 set of cards without the need to buy number 2 set of cards ?
