They need to do skid row, parts of Hollywood, all over Los Angeles, parts of the San Fernando Valley and plus most importantly CALTRANS needs to get to the 101 freeway and clean up all the trash up and down the 101. All their is graffiti and trash. Seriously this is just disgraceful. LA seriously needs to get it together. But seriously I hope the council districts will see this and do something about it in Los Angeles. Be careful out there Kanyisa
Glad you mentioned the freeways as I was almost killed by furniture in the middle of the 101 on the way back to the Valley from a K-Town Korean BBQ run. So many lives are in danger now that trash is making its way into the road.

Lot of money on the ground I must say if cardboard was high enough all those boxes n peace’s of cardboard would be gone in some ones truck . But it must be at a low price for Cardboard take all day for 20$ not worth the time but if u have a rear loader pick up cardboard only and you come across this much cardboard your good but when it hit a 50$ a ton I’ll never forgot that time.
Anything possesed by the homeless is considered filthy and contaminated. Also whatever store or market originally owned the carts is not going to want them back when they know where they came from, especially during the homestretch of this pandemic. Therefore they get tossed in as well.
What does that have anything to do with this? Your too young to even pay taxes and if you did pay them you don’t pay them directly to a city or county. You paid them to the state and IRS which then distributes the funds through counties and cities. Technically, this is tax dollars at work because of arrogant people who decide that they can illegal do things whenever and wherever they feel like it.
That flower shop needs to lose its business license.

They are going to need 10 maybe 17 garbage trucks, roll off trucks, dumpsters & more heavy equipment to clean all that up!!!!!!
