Love the recipe. The easiest way to tenderise the meat so that you can strip the meat off the bone and make is succulent is to dip the chicken wings in buttermilk overnight. This also helps the meat marinate better and less cooking / frying time! PS: From my personal cooking experience, don't own an eatery or restaurant but am an excellent cook.
MSG won't kill you, the recipe is great. MSG isn't good for your heart though as it gives a large dose of what you would ordinarily find in food in tiny amounts

Stop it after getting them fried...later u can mix the fried chicken altogether with the sauce
