1 lbs debone chicken thighs/breast
2 carrots
1 knob of ginger
2 garlic cloves
half yellow onion
4 green onion/spring
Chicken Marinade
1tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 salt
1tbsp rice vinegar
1tbsp dark soy sauce
Sauce for noodles
tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1tbsp dark soy sauce
1tsp sugar
1tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp ginger powder
Sauce for noodles
Serve hot and enjoy
