No one is giving Katherine Magbanua enough credit here. She starts "dating" this rich dentist (actually the family owns a huge dental practice worth millions). He has a lot of problems. He talks and talks and talks, so much so that Katherine learns to tune him out. But, and this is a huge but, she does clue into one big thing. Charlie (the rich dentist) has a sister with marital problems. The problem is so bad that Charlie thinks the only way to solve it is for him (Dan Markel) to go away. See, his sister (Wendi) wants Dan to let her move their children from Tallahassee to Miami. Dan says no, and the court agrees. Well, now, this wealthy family doesn't take too kindly to Dan and so when mom (Donna) complains to Charlie the ball gets rolling. Charlie, the talker, tells Katherine everything cause they are besties. Katherine thinks it over and WOW wouldn't this make a great way to get a lot of money (all at once) and then continue to milk the cash cow for everything she can get, for herself and her family. It just so happens that Katherine knows some very shady people, one of whom is the father of her son and daughter. Now the plot thickens. Does she go Garcia first (kids dad) or does she talk to Charlie about her plan first? Either way, the plan comes together. Now Garcia can't do this on his own, or at least Katherine doesn't want him to go alone, so here come Rivera (the Latin King, he's even a king in the Latin Kings). Hey, Rivera, there's $100,000 at stake here and your cut would be $35/40 thousand. Are you interested. Hell yes!! And, who would have thought it, they actually get away with it for 2 years. During that 2 years Katherine has a lot of cash being deposited in one, or both, of her bank accounts. There a car, a boob job, the gravy just keeps flowing. Now Wendi can move her kids to Miami and settle down with the family. She even has their names legally changed from Markel to Adelson. One of the problems Katherine has is greed. It's not enough to be living the high life. She actually breaks the law, when she doesn't need to. Lies on her income tax returns. Uses food stamps, when she has thousands sitting in a bank. Arranges, through Charlie, a phony job to get health insurance for her kids. Nope, there's no end to Katherine's wants and needs. But, wait, there's more. See Rivera is in a heap of trouble with the Feds. To get a reduced sentence, he blows everything out of the water. It all comes crashing down when there is a legally obtained search warrant for her phone and Charlie's phone. Even mom is under surveillance. The do a "bump" on her. She panics and calls Charlie. Do something, Charlie. Now Katherine starts lying to Charlie, hell, she lies to everyone about everything. And, that's how Katherine Magbanua ended up in court today, lying her ass off. Will Charlie get arrested? Will Wendi get arrested? What about mom? The saga continue.

She again stood her ground stating on the stand under oath that again she was sure Charlie was behind it but she had no proof.
