Ya I think I overcooked on that one 😆 It has access to the pre-evolution attacks but doesn't technically have the attack so relkcanth + finneon doesn't let you attach direct to kingdra, you can still use Seadras snipe attack on kingdra though which can be useful but you'd need to attach the energy before evolving.
Kingdra is my favorite pokemon so I wanted to play the card regardless if it was good or not. The first deck is clearly better and I have played a couple of games with it it's not the best but it is very fun! Thanks for the video, love your channel, and I'm excited for your next videos.
Cheers bud glad you enjoyed it! Big fan of kingdra too, but ya the deck definetly feels like B tier at best unfortunately. Heaps of fun though and when it works it goes hard! But with a META as fast as we have its probably not gonna cut it 😅
Glad you enjoy the video and good luck in Baltimore! The decks heaps of fun but would definitely recommend getting in some games before deciding to make the jump to it for a regionals.
@@TripleBtcg it's not too bad for a stage 2 deck. The iron hands can come together. But oh boy if it's the only basic in your hand it can be incredibly bad.
I really want Swim Freely to be good, man... There is a Goldeen with Festival Lead, so I was trying to cook up a Festival Lead deck with Swim Freely Seaking - but I think I need to accept Swim Freely just ain't it xD
I think it's got potential but it's definetly risky having something with 50 hp on your bench in this meta 😅 Dusclops, dragapult, sableye, froslass are all pretty scary for finneon.
Would Relicanth allow you to attach Energy with Finneon to Kingdra ex? There is no way, right?

@@TripleBtcg Gotcha! Thanks for clarifying!
That's still a useful party trick :D
I guess he meant to say is:
It Reli-cant

I've been trying to make the swim freely build work since it came out, glad I have a better list to try now 😅
Cheers bud would love to hear how you go with it! 😀
Appreciate the inspiration! Am debating about pivoting my cpao to kingdraEX for Baltimore
Glad you enjoy the video and good luck in Baltimore!

Finally a build that utilizes king's order. All of the builds I was finding before ran bax with the frigibax
It's definetly not a bad call having the friggi in there, but means you need more basic pokemon search
I built a Kingdra ex deck using the legacy energy and iron hands ex. I also put rotom V in there to get a jump start at the beginning of the game.
Not a bad call!
Hows it been going for you? 😀

I tried Kingdra control but haven't found the right build 😂.
Lol what
The one that shuffles the opponent to 4 or?
@@TripleBtcg We tried get water control cards into play. Worked once or twice.
Always good to test out new shenanigans!

No
No what?
@@TripleBtcg no is meta deck
Fair enough haha
Definetly a fun deck but ya doesn't feel quite fast enough for the format
