Actually, attacks that knock out your opponents pokemon like Alolan Exeggutor don't bypass Milotic's ability because it's ability makes it immune to effects, and "knocking out the active pokemon" is an effect

They were just saying the ability would also protect against effects of attacks from Tera pokemon like Exeggutor. The example used in the video is protecting against effects from non Tera pokemon and like roaring moon which still applies and would also block Devo TM

Most tera pokemon will have a hard time countering Milotic if they dont have any bypass to its ability. Of all the suggested decks, i think the pakia one would suit me best

Would it be possible to replace the palkia vatar line with another 1-1 gastrodon? Or do you think its not necessary?

It's easy to play against Gastrodon and he would probably be stuck in the active if your opponent wants to stall you

I believe the palkia is only used for gardy and lost decks to power up Greninja.
Definetly helps for that.
Also isn't bad to avoid the damage reduction though and help get online quickly.
