Day 8! Kingdra just feels like an underwhelming card compared to the other stage two ex cards, but a lot of stuff feels underwhelming compared to zard ex lol

I think part of the reason why Kingdra ex didn't take off like we hoped was because we expected it to work well with other W-types effortlessly. It's not as fast as Miraidon nor as flexible seeing as you needed to evolve then utilize the Discard pile despite the big HP. It makes sense to just pair this with Palkia Vstar and Bax since they're very straight forward versus trying to consistently set up other stage 1's and 2's.

I run Kingdra EX with Tsareena EX, Vanilluxe, and Omastar which can trap pokemon in with it's ability and hit three pokemon at once. definitely too slow but it can be tough for folks to play around and is fun to try to setup and pull off.

I’m glad someone figured out a good Kingdra ex deck. I think I still prefer whirltide Kingdra that deck is so fun. I call it the Kingdra Kasino deck lol

I like playing the Temporal Forces feralagator to use with kings order. Its ability allows it to hit 280 for two energy on a single prizer

It just feels too slow, having to effectively give your opponent 2 free turns. He should be more of a late game attacker rather than the primary. Although the new ace spec stadium (the tree one) might actually make it more viable.
