Tacticon armament has some velcro dangler bags in stock. I have the ifak v3 and it's got a ton of stuff In it so I put extra stuff in the dangler bag up front. I'd prefer to have the whole ifak hanging off the front but it's not really possible with a bunch of med items

You kinda explained why Chinese products are so cheap. Because labor and material costs are fractional of the US If money is a concern then HSP probably isn't your first choice
For an American made chest rig or plate carrier, $100 would be reasonable. Any decent chest rig is gonna cost a lot more than $25 lol. Thats basically the cost of an Ifak bag with nothing in it
