Bro something very similar happened to me also on 7 Jan I bought the the course but till date haven't received any code on mail... After that on 12 Jan got a call from byjus then they ask me to join a parents orientation meeting on 13 Jan when I join it was for jee 2025 students and after the meeting I told my mentor about the issue they are just redirecting me to one and other via call and stuff and today I called on customer care number which was in the mail and they asked me to install aakash bujus jee and neet app and I got access to all the classes videos and when I asked about live class they I will get them on this app if there is they didn't talked about think and learn app... U may try on customer care or login in this app
