- I just hit a little over 1,000 miles on my 2024 Tesla Model 3. I figured I'd give my opinion of the car and my experience so far. There's definitely some surprises.

I have a 2024 model y- and bought sept and I have stalks and no park, reverse buttons like you shows. It’s crazy how they change features multiple times during the same year. I like yours
Got my first Tesla in late 2022. Black interior. I have so much fun driving it that it has 60,000 miles on it already. I Also Dr., Uber for a few hours per week and enjoy tracking the progress of close-up. Driving improvement. So far having had a well over 1000 Uber passengers in and out of the rear passenger side, it looks exactly the same as it did on the first day that I bought it. I end up washing the seat a couple of times a week with water. I also have four kids that are busy with sports and other kids type of activities and, those back. Both the backseat and the front seat in terms of where in tear there really isn’t much to speak of.

Thanks for the review! I'm wavering between the Long Range AWD or RWD. Besides the Faux leather seats, how do you like the interior door panel materials and the dash. Are they different than what's in the AWD version if you know? Thank you.
Congratulations and welcome to the Tesla family! Purchased my 2024 MYLR in August and love it. First in family on both sides to buy EV or even a hybrid. Still on the fence about PPF.

I feel your pain on the bumper damage. Consider PPF DYI save some money. Clear Bra full coverage kit run you like $600. I applied to my 2024 Y. Just be prepared to spend 6hrs or more doing it.

For your next video can you talk about more about the acceleration pedal vs the break pedal and the comparison between lifting to drive using one pedal? I know it’s a lot.

There's a feature you can turn on where the car can predict whether you need to go into drive or reverse and all you need to do is press the brake to confirm!

Looks good. You are missing out on the superchargers. That's where all the single folks are at lol. Supercharging is as much of a social experience as it is a necessity. Can we get the road trip vid next?

I have two teslas but refuse to get ppf. Both of mine are white and u only notice chips if youre lookin for em 😂
Exactly.. I feel like PPF is very expensive. At the rates I’ve been quoted, I might as well wrap the car in a different color 😂

I just test drove one yesterday, for me, I was surprised how uncomfortable the seat was. what has your experience with seat comfort? Also on bumpy a street, there was a noticeable increase in road noise
Was it a 2024 model 3?
the speakers could sound louder push the volume arrow on the screen then push the 3 arrows then put all the circles up to 8.0 db not down
Can you compare your listening experience in your car compared to the LR AWD? That car has more speakers & 2 subs but it cost $5k more. Not sure if it’s worth it or not.
I’m hitting 5,000 miles soon. So it’s roughly 1,000 miles per month. Grats on hitting 1,000. Those miles will fly by bro!

Can you look at the Cadillac Electric SUV? I want that but Im on the fence. I hear it has a longer battery life than the Tesla.

I use Geico, probably will switch to progressive next year
Thats because it's not leather. Its plastic (vegan leather) and it has stood the test of time. Even the white sits are very durable.

Go to lights and slide it over to brighten

I’ve owned multiple cars from: Toyota, Honda, Kia. After driving those cars, those cars also got rock chip damage and chipped the paint. The worst offender of that is my 22 Prius. So I think PPV is the way to go for any car.
I feel you! I’m the opposite I’ve had two Audis and a Honda. Never had PPF. There of course was a few spots where a rock May have hit it but never anything noticeable unless you went looking for it lol. I may wrap the car though. But that would be later down the line most likely
I luv my Tesla and I always tell people if u have a house with a charger you will luv this car its not for apartment people

I like the white on black look for now. Maybe one day I may wrap it
try using auto shift out of park. you dont really have to use the gear selector on the screen

Why is it recommended to charge to 80 only ?
So the battery degradation isn’t so aggressive.
@@Mrnotnice24 spot on 🗣️. To preserve your battery. It is recommended to only charge to 100% on road trips. 80% for daily driving

Have you had to change gears in a situation where you needed to move really quickly? Is it still pretty simple with the touch screen?
Got the same car. Definitely had a couple of times when I struggled doing this quickly. Partly that was me not knowing the car. But I do think the slider gear selector isn’t the quickest for those situations. I’ll be curious what Corey says.
The only time I had to change gears quickly is when I had to do a 3 point turn. It took some getting used to. But honestly the slider is very fluid and responsive. Within days It felt like second nature. That was a concern of mine when I test drove the car.

Audi comparisons help. But remember, Tesla does not use leather; they cal it "Vegan Leather". It's plastic.

It’s not leather. It’s a synthetic material.
Tesla’s are horrible for road trips. 😬Took a trip across 2 states in a friend’s Tesla and it took almost twice as long as it would’ve taken in my Accord. 😩 NEVER AGAIN!!
If you’re impatient and need to get to a destination quickly. It definitely can slow you down and be seen as an hassle

I had 3 Audi's and 4 BMW's my last car was 330I and I sold it and I lease new Tesla 3 and after driving all this cars I can say Tesla is the winner and I love it more like using smart phone vs flip phone
