I agree with you, Endless has excellent pricing…. but the customer service is lacking for me. I’m one of the crazies that will pay extra for the excellent customer service. I’ve purchased from Endless 2x and It would have to be one heck of a deal for me to go back. ❤ Beautiful pen! Love the brand.
I might be the opposite - I tend to risk it for the discount! I have ordered from Endless Pens probably 10-15 times, and I believe I've only dealt with customer service once. I don't remember it being a particularly good or bad experience - it seems like it took a couple of days for them to get back to me, but it worked out in the end!
That has happened to me several times with EndlessPens. The longest was a September preorder with an expected November delivery that got changed to April. I did receive my Pelikan Copper Rose Gold in March. Worth the wait!
Congratulations on your new pen! I wouldn't have the patience to wait that long! As I think I mentioned on a previous video, as soon as I saw your Leonardo Furore in Aquapetra I ordered one. It is one of my all-time favorite pens! Guess our tastes are a little different but the great thing about this hobby is the variety. 🙂
Yes, there is so much variety! I did really like the aquapetra material, and even the cigar shape of the pen. I remember with that one, it was a combination of not loving the grip section and also not enjoying the nib size I chose. So it wasn't that I didn't like the pen - it was just one I didn't mind letting go of to get something I liked better!
Leonardo Steel Fines and Elastic Fines and Mediums are just so good! Especially the mediums that are a bit on the thinner side haha :D Lovely Leonardo!
I am really enjoying this nib! I'm not sure I'd like an elastic nib - I tend to put too much pressure on softer/flexier nibs. But I'm loving fine and extra fine nibs these days!
Mine came Friday from Endless. I love their prices for Leonardos. Mine is your pen's twin. Rose with Fine nib. I also got the Hades limited and the new Galaxy one. My PM pen took from July to January to come but so worth waiting for.
I got the Nuvola w rose gold as well and love it. I too am very curious how they get the outline in the resin. Super interesting. The grip on the MZ’s and Furore’s doesn’t bother me, but I wonder if you might enjoy the MZG 2.0 grip more. Or possibly the grip on Leonardo’s sister brand, Radius. They are starting to produce more under that name and the MZ comparable pen has a straighter section that I find to be quite nice.
Interesting! I haven't heard of Radius - I will have to go look it up! And, I'm determined I'm going to learn about how this resin is made! I've tried googling it, but I don't really know what words to search for. I'm going to ask a couple of people who make pen blanks if they can help me!

Congratulations! I‘ve been looking at that one too. I wish Leonardo would do a few mor color schemes like a pinkish and a toffee/caramel.
I agree! There is one called the Leonardo Momento Magico in Venus Dream that's pink and white - it's really pretty!
