Just finished The wedding People, and really really liked it! It was very funny and it even had a tarot reading. 4.5☆ not quite 5☆ magic but I'm very picky with those. I read The Year of the Witching by Alexis Henderson and gave it 2.5 or 3☆, it had a couple interesting things but not great.
6:43 🤣 I love maps in fantasy books. Author Mark Lawrence hates maps in fantasy books. "Blind date with a book $10". I have a feeling it would not be worth it but one time to try it. Can they at least be genre specific?
A lot going on in this video. Diane Arbus : I love her work. You might like Duane Michals. A Fate Inked in Blood (Danielle L. Jensen). 2.5 stars. YA isn't for me. Drama, angst, secret forbidden love (that everyone knows about) and a major battle that is over within a page and a half. Great content.
Read Red as Blood and White as Bone on your recommendation. Beautifully dark short story and very well written. Thanks 💚
You’re very welcome glad you liked it
an academy for liars -- I like how you respond to a novel with your own moral impulses when you don't like the characters.
Hmm. Maybe I’ll pick up that Goss book since it’s so short and you liked it so much. Thanks!
You’re welcome x

Bitter= working too much, can't read as much, can't make videos.
Sweet= watching all my favorite booktubers still moving right along.

I am doing blind dates with books but online as I can choose the genre
Have you shared a list of your tarot reading prompts anywhere? Great idea 😊
@@kittencaz-23 no I haven’t but most of them I borrowed from the Tarot readathon ladies who have a whole system
@@ChanelChapters Thanks, I will go check that out.
red as blood white as bone sounds very Angela Carter / bloody chamber influenced.
I can see that
Like it u usually feature your cats in these videos. What kind of world would it be without them? Be well.⚛❤
