Hear me out, my thoughts are audiobooks aren’t reading in the same sense of the war as if you were going to sit down and read. That doesn’t mean that it doesn’t count though. The difference is that it isn’t reading in the actual definition of the word, but it should still be counted as you read and understood the book.

My husband listened to the Fourth Wing graphic audio this year. We have full on conversations about this book. You can't tell me that he didn't read it when he can discuss it with me
Normalizing cheating is weird .... MC has a SO in the beginning of the book and been with them for years.....then 1st love or other main character comes in ....
i'm convinced that people who say dnf'd books shouldn't count toward yearly read goals hate their reading experiences most of the time. like they'll force themselves to finish a book and get upset that other people don't.
My opinion related to “audiobooks aren’t reading” is that just because you physically read a book doesn’t mean you actually understood what you read. Someone can listen to an audiobook and remember what happened in the book, understand the story and analyze the book. Someone can also physically read a book and not be able to tell you what they read.
I don’t care if it’s 1st 2nd or 3rd pov. I just love to read 🤷🏽♀️ I’m sure that’s not the case for everyone but that’s me. DNF: I don’t think you should rate if you didn’t finish but still leave a review to discuss why you DNF.
Audiobooks definitely count. Especially if you’re reading along to it on your kindle. Now I’m doing both!! Don’t do that! 😂 Also, buy a book mark. Stop messing up library books because you can’t read it in one sitting.. tighten up!! 😂 😂 😂

What if someone can’t physically read a book? Like they have to listen to the book so like crazy of people to say it’s not reading.
