I have horrible anxiety so I can't drink caffeinated drinks really and if I do it has to be like once in the week. I drink decaf drinks (though it has small traces of caffeine). Nespresso (original line) has like 3 different decafe pods and Tazo has a decaf chai latte concentrate! Hope the transition away from high caffeine amounts starts to get better for you! 😊

I had a surgery over the summer, and was told I couldn't have caffeine for at least a month afterwards, and I was genuinely frightened of how my body was going to handle it 😬 I've already been incorporating decaf coffee/tea for a while because my consumption has increased so much over the past few years, but making the full switch was a struggle. Weirdly enough, it wasn't as bad as expected because we were having heatwave in New England at the time (like several weeks of 90+ temps, which is so wrong here), so my body didn't even have the energy to generate the caffeine headaches. But when I was approaching that month-long milestone and still couldn't chug a diet coke at the first sign of trouble, I was not my best self 🤣

I went on a caffeine detox for an assignment in my health class a few years ago and omg the migraines and the loss of energy I had while detoxing was crazy. I get migraines regularly though so I'm more used to them but if you don't get them as often quitting doesn't help. I would say slowly lessen the amount you drink over time instead of almost cold turkey. Your body is addicted to caffeine without you fully knowing it so getting off that your body needs time to process the huge change. Hope you're able to get through it and enjoyed watching this reading vlog.

As someone who can’t drink caffeine at all, I wouldn’t cut back too much I would slowly cut back. If you said you drink 7-8 a day I would go to 4-5 a day for a couple of weeks then go to 2. Your body is so used to it, you are going to get really bad migraines. I haven’t been able to drink caffeine since 2016 and I still get back migraines from time to time.

I listened to the audio book of Bunny and didnt understand anything so I abandoned it, like yeah wtf is happening
