This just came on my feed..at a VERY interesting time. I literally just handed in my notice with no backup plan. Feels comforting to know im not the only one in a boat like this. Good luck on your journey!
I really like what you said about giving yourself permission to rest and the freedom to explore your options! 🙏 I just sent my 2 week resignation (AHHHH), and hearing your experiences and stories is really comforting. This felt like a really thoughtful heart to heart with a friend or a big sister 🫶 Thank you for sharing, and best wishes on this new chapter! ❤️
love this! similarly left my analyst career a couple months ago without a backup plan and ended up pursuing my passion and finding my purpose within the influencer industry creating the first influencer management business for asian american creators! Excited to see where your passion takes you on this new journey!
Thank you for sharing your experience! I relate really closely to this, since at the start of 2023, I also left behind an engineering career in tech startups to pursue my passion in the game industry. It's about to come to an end though, since starting next week I'll be an employed game programmer! Still working a full-time job (so not starting my own company or anything), but in a career that I love. I'm curious to see what you end up doing in healthcare & entrepreneurship, there are loads of fascinating problems in that domain. Looking forward to the next videos!
Love the idea about evaluating your career values and seeing if it matches at your current job! Thank you for breaking down your initial thoughts prior to quitting. Cheers
Well done.Congratulations! You won't regret it. “A salary is a drug they give you when they want you to forget about your dreams"-Kevin O'Leary
Thank you! I definitely have no regrets 🙃
