    your rang of motion is really good, but if you would like to get stronger you can go probably a lot heavier than that. Maybe even 50% heavier, while keeping that range of motion. I hope that you have rest days, its great to hitting the gym a lot but if 90 days means 90 straight days youre hurting your gains.
