    You didn't even show how the other person got the file? How was it shared? You missed the most important part!

    OK so I have one drive and I have the full, paid microsoft 365 so I can use everything. Does the person I share it with need onedrive or the paid version of excel like me? Or can they just open the link I send, edit it, click on check boxes etc. (which are only shown on the paid version of excel for some reason) without needing to pay for excel themselves?

    What about VBA enabled workbook? My workbook has VBA codes. Could you please tell me how this file can be shared to be updated and synced with other users in Office 365?

    Thank you so much for the lesson. I wonder if we need to press the Save button after we typed the new data in the file?

      No, switch it to auto save on the top left corner.

    What if the main dekstop is off? Can they edit the file? Or it should be the dekstop is always on?

      There is no main desktop :) The files are uploaded into OneDrive which is cloud-based. So the files are always accessible, even when the "main" desktop is not.

    Do you have a tutorial that teaches how to manage protections in excel file sharing in One Drive? My unlocked range does not unlock it for other users.

    Tried it with an .xslx file. I still need read-only files.

    What if the excel file is sent in an email? Do you have to load to OneDrive? After you’ve finished working on the spreadsheet do you have to save the changes or just close the file because it updates as you go along?

    What if the File contains VB Macros ?

      As long as you open it from your desktop computer and not in Excel Online, you should be fine :)

    How many users can work concurrently following this method. Is there a limit on number of users? Will it more for more than 50 people team? Please advise

      Why would 50 people need access to one file all at the same time

    • @Spreadsheeto
      @Spreadsheeto  4 месяца назад

      It would yes. But you can easily get it back when it's in OneDrive. See my video here on how to recover deleted data. ruclips.net/video/WHu_NwIxr20/видео.html
