Sure are a lot of middle school kids here. Here's a bit of a history lesson for you. The very first need for speed was part of a Road & Track (thats a magazine) special issue. The best need for speed ever was not Most Wanted, kiddies, but Need for Speed II, and god bless you if you got your hands on the Special Edition of it. The second Hot Pursuit was also incredible. None of the current gen games really measure up to either of those. Maybe the first underground, but just for the new style.
Although this game is thousands of miles away from being the best nfs ever it has the most balls.In this game you steal cars,takedown targets(or kill technically) and SOMEONE GETS SHOT! EA were ambitious with this game and decided to leave the cheesy voice lines,like "Hey loser!Want to lose again punk?" and replace it with a more realistic feeling and I hope to see more of this in more street racing nfs games down the line.
i think this game is going to be good they are bringing the main antagonist from underground 2 and one of the blacklist members from most wanted into this game. must be an insanely awesome story.

NFS Underground 2 and prostreet are the best ones yet, in my opinion. The only thing about prostreet that I don't like is that you can't freerun/freedrive. That is the best part... again, in my opinion.

Oh. Well that's not what I think about EA, they've made some good games over the past few years and i'm not going to say that their a CHEAP company. I'm sorry if that offends you but I just don't want people to think that that's what I think about them, after all, they made Mass Effect & Mass Effect 2.

yaaayyyy police chases are back i used to love chases so much in most wanted i had a bounty of $2,000,000 something and id didn't even finish the story mode
@awesomechris222 well the reason they got popular for Need For Speed Most Wanted, is because it involved cops for the first time, that had better AI and Graphics, which by the time the other ones came out (Carbon and Undercover) it was basically kinda the same AI, just a lil more aggressive, and different cars, and jsut a different story line
Everyone is comparing this to MC/LA, and saying that this game is going to be a let down. I chose to believe that Prostreet was a bold and failed experimentation and that EA can do better. Everything since MW has been dissapointing, but I've been a fan since High Stakes, and I'm glad to see EA go back to its roots, plus move away from the whole kiddie "lets put neon on my car and a two foot spoiler" underground nonsense.
i hate how they exagerate the R8's power, its the same engine as the gallardo, the main difference, which i like, is the suspension tuning on R8's, theyre sxy, theyre great vehicles, but its not the GREATEST when it comes to supercars. i hope they put the Zonda in the game instead of DLC, or put in the gumpert apollo, that would be siiickkk
dont get me wrong but i think of midnight club games more of a game for just customizing cars because if you havent noticed midnight club games never had any type of physics to driving if u think im wrong u can always try playing there previous games and i think my point is proven. i like midnight club games but i prefer nfs games better

First thing I thought of when I saw this vid was GTAIV. I liked the car driving dymanics of the old NFS Hot Pursuit. Not sure how it will compare to driving dynamics in the Burnout Paradise Game. You get driving so fast everything is a blur.
Yes , its the same for me , I just loved the HP2:) I still like tuning cars in the newer NFS games. But I didn't realy enoy driving in the games untill Pro street that is. I like the feeling of the cars in Pro St, feels more real and hevy.

But, wen the franchise came up with NFS 3, both these features were introduced, just as if they knew what we wanted....Back then NFS was all about passion! Now, its illegal street racing, underground, NOS & bullshit.... Imagine racing a fucking Lancer Evolution ix fitted wit NOS & a Ferrari Marnello!
at 0:43 the wheel part and in nfs most wanted the trailer the bmw turn around then we see the wheel and in nfs carbon u will the wheel too those 3 need for speeds is the same style of the wheel part doing the burnout
every car is different in that way, one may be a little faster, and one might have a little less than the 3 second delay most cars have to turn, but they are all equally bad overall. And yes, the graphics are low quality. The game lags and does not always load right away, and Im saying they are bad because there were NFS games before it with ALOT better graphics. And I agree with you there, no matter which way you turn, theres the sun... Its like it is always sunset
Undercover failed. Its virtually unplayable, in my opinion of course. I would really like an enhanced remake of Most Wanted. One that shows a different story..something like Undercover..from a cops perspective.. with the same city, different cars, and maybe the return of some blacklist racers, and of course, a cop mode. Oh, and "better" graphics. Just so the graphics geeks get what they want. Oh, and I LOL at the old NFS on the PSX and PC vs the new NFS argument..
Wow. So cops have Dodge Challengers huh? Teh, still doesn't change the fact that they'll get smoked anyway. Let's hope the Skyline's back and that new GT500KR is in this game.
Dear people at EA, go play NFS 3 or 4, remind yourself what NFS was about, THEN try to recreate it, without all that gangsta missions/phone calls/text messaging and visual tuning/respek points, please.

They even have this for the PlayStation 2! So some gamers wont have to worry buying a PS3 or X Box 360. COOL!
