I’m usually not a fan of ranking characters overall vs comparing weapons, but I can definitely say that Tifa is one of the best characters in the game. She can do nearly everything, only missing party buffs and elemental breaches. Just wild.
There are reasons why when you’re a veteran player/day 1 player you don’t need to build every character in the game, and Tifa is high-high up on that list. She’s just that damn good in this game and can do so much. Her crossover weapons are insane! I cannot wait to see what they give her for the anniversary.

Tifa is great, wish I'd gone all in and got every weapon she had but I've gone for most of the phys ones and need to just work on magic. Tifa is a 10/10 character though, very good weapons. At the moment I'm torn between getting her water costume or zacks ice costume for the free costume pick for anniversary. My water crew is very strong (maxed out Black Whiskers, Glenn half anniversary weapon at OB6 and Aerith Matt has a water weapon at OB6 too). Tifa really is one of the best in the game though, there's not a weapon that is bad for her. I had bad luck on Kirin gloves though, had to bail and leave it at OB1 :( Since they reran the FF9 banner I hope they rerun the Monster Hunter one some time and I'll definitely draw for those Kirin gloves further. I remember I did 11 rolls and got 12 stamps lol.
@@carlosrezende9522 guide gloves was the most horrendous banner for me. I spent 78,000 crystals going only for those and only ended up with OB2. Had to use parts to get them to OB6 over time and a few purchases
Good overview .. id include motordrive - decent DMG and good R abilities. Recently used that in the guide battle. If she ever got a wind arcanum she'd destroy.

I think you missed as honorable mention motor drive. True she is waifu but I think she is the most complete. She has a dps weapon for every element but earth. She can debuff atk and def plus she can heal a bit. I cannot think of a character that can do all those roles (maybe Zack). Not saying she is the greatest but she can step into any of those imo in some capacity.
@@AJML343 solid point. I actually had a version of this where I called out motor drive and then redid it without. It's pretty low in the grand scheme of wind weapons, and she has so many more weapons that are better, but I do agree that for a long time, that was one I used for wind damage

@@Nitelight9 I got guide gloves ob10 got insanely lucky. Got holy flames ob10, motordrive ob6, crystal ob5, and the rest are like ob3 or 4 lol
