The tone is fantastic. Can you maybe comment on what your amp or DI is you play into? Cause that also shapes the tone massively.

I play 4 and 5 string jazzes and the P bass sound just missing. This looks and sounds unbeatable quality for the money. However, this guy can make a broken yard brush sound like a piano
I own same bass for about a half year. Its epic, i only wish it had Pearl Pickguard. I do play it mainly with pick, Tool fan
Amazing Rainer performance, bass sound and look...but you cannot see the black dots on the neck in the darkness on the stage...
seems as though ole windy doesn't need to even look at the neck...
@@kevinturvey8213 exactly! you can be sure that Rainer doesn't need to look at the neck, but I am NOT Rainer so I do need it :-)
@@luigi.zanini I saw a mod recently where someone got Luminlay side dots put into the neck. Might be a bit costly but worth looking into if it's a problem for you.
These are better Quality then more expensive basses
Hi! Great skills! Can You tell us - how this bass in compare with Fender Player P bass?
I have both! The Fender does arguably sound "better", more output and has a sharper sound. It's more comfortable to play as the body seems to sit nicer on the Fender and it has a slimmer neck but the P5 really is very close, especially when you consider it's half the price!

@@Aras_Bekar you might be happy with the stock pickups, I've just restrung my P5 with a good set of heavy gauge D'Addarios and what a difference it's made! Would now say there's even less between this and the Fender now, sounds immense
