I met them in 2014 and they were great. They hung out front of the venue before the show even started. Then hung at their merch table with everyone. It was funny cause everyone at the bar wanted to buy them drinks, but they were all 20 years old in the band lmao.
I spent a few days taking classes this January from them. Truly nice guys bought me a drink and asked me what I like about the latest album just fun people
5:06 this would have been a good moment to mention Polyphia performed with Babymetal live on stage at FOX_FEST in Japan, performing for the first time the 2019 Babymetal's album song: Brand New Day
I know Polyphia have recently met and played a show with Avenged Sevenfold, and personally I think it would be pretty insane to see a collab between these two and Synyster G and Zacky V.
This band is so dull 😴 and there band names rubbish aswell, you can go on holiday to spain and sit outside a restaurant and hear some local playing guitar practically sounds like these boring.
Most professional musicians don't like to mix drugs with their live shows. They are professional musicians and have a job to do, why would they potentially ruin that with drugs? It's not the 1990s anymore, bro. 🤣If they let drugs hold them back they would be like you still at home in the basement sucking at guitar. 🤣
@@TheMessage25 Yes. I have watched a music video on RUclips. I'm not judging them, if they use drugs that's cool, I just thought this dude's comment was pretty stupid. Are they into drugs? As a musician myself, I just find it hard to believe that touring bands are doing drugs before their shows, they have a job to do and I just don't think mixing drugs with that ever brings out the best in their performances, personally!
@TheBridgesYouBurn you should learn more first bro before saying someone else's comment is stupid and putting in your input. But yeah bro, Their old interviews and shows they was pretty lit alot, drunk and high. The whole band smokes weed and drink. They don't get nowhere near as faded as they use to do tho nowadays before they perform. Their music is so complicated
@@TheMessage25 And I think a lot of them have learned by now since the passing of Paul Grey, Kurt Cobain, Taylor Hawkins and many others that drugs aren't exactly going to help further your career, and the life of a touring musician is stressful enough I'm sure without mixing drugs and alcoholism into the situation. I just feel like music and touring bands these days just aren't as reckless as they were in the 70s, 80s, and 90s and that is a good thing for them and most importantly for the fans who want a good show from the band! 👍🤘
They just seem like such genuinely nice guys in every interview I see.
