Ones that vote policy regardless of candidate which most Democrats are, and those who vote candidate because they dont follow policy to make a determination. Conservatives are winning on some major policy debates because we tried the alternative and realized the poor results, in terms of health, education, public safety, foreign policy etc. I wish agriculture has more light in the political arena then New Jersey could really grow.
