Best part was the bullet removal. Right after that most important, the rear seal is not flush it is depressed below flush.

I like the that bracket. U got any details on building it? Obviously saves u from having to use an intermediate shaft. I thought of doing that but wasn't brave enough so I just shortened the shaft and made a stubby. Would still prefer to have no shaft and a shorter drivetrain.

Thanks! Yeah a shaft wasn’t an option for me since my jeep is so short. I used a pre made transfer case girdle as the foundation. It helps that the rx7 uses a slip yoke so I had a lot of in and out wiggle room. Then it’s just a matter of indicating perfect center and tack welding it very carefully and slowly as to not heat and pull things out of alignment. It’s not the hardest thing in the world but it is tedious. But making a proper traditional coupling shaft that is true and balanced isn’t easy either. 👍 I’ve got a bunch of miles on this and so far it’s working well.

you have to grind a little bit off the case in a few spots.
