It is quite important to check that rule of 1/3 SPF. I'm not sure if it is mandatory in the US. It makes a lot of difference because some brands may concentrate on UVB. I really hope US filters get the same regulation as in the rest of the world. There are great molecules such as Tinosorb that are not usually present on US filters

do i need to wear sunscreen for led light or blue light? i worry about that at my study desk as i sit for long hours. (away from window)
blue light from the sun can worsen hyperpigmentation, and tinted sunscreen may help protect from that
