Just so people know you don't have to type anything in the generative fill box of you don't want to.
If want to make canvas bigger just stretch it and when the generative fill box comes up just press generate right away and it still gives you 3 options and often is as good as it analyses the image and fills it how it things.
Same with if you want to erase something from a image etc just circle or outline it and just click generate

I had to stop mid-video to say this. I am in love with your tutorial style and workflow, great and informative but relatable as well, not robotic reading from Adobes Q&A,. I fill more so for creators and not beginners if that makes sense.I have been researching all day, to decide on the iPad or other options, looking for a mobile fit for my PC duties lol. Im an Adobe workhorse and happy to know I can do what I need on the iPad, definitely choosing the best time to start with the iPad. I thank you

I would love to see snapping in Photoshop for the iPad. So far I haven't seen it. Do you know if that will be coming anytime soon? Thanks for your class!

Photoshop for my iPad Pro m2 is like a bull with its 🥜 cut off. I was working with photoshop since version 1.0. Until they release an update that is as professional as the desktop version I really don’t care. The same goes for ai. It’s a pile of junk that you can’t even use brushes with a consistent flow in it. I mean for $50 to be able to have photoshop illustrator and premiere pro. Along with acrobat pro. It’s a great deal. They just need to make the desktop apps available for the iPad. It has enough power and memory that you can have 50 independent layers with filters used. Until then. Adobe’s stock should be at $75.

Sorry for the question, I’m a beginner. So - photoshop for the iPad Pro today is still not the same as at the desktop? Correct? What is the smallest portable version I can buy to use photoshop?
      Thank you

I can't believe the junk they still have, calling it photoshop. I switched to Affinity Photo for my iPad today. It is mind blowing that this small team can do what Adobe has not.

Still no mixer brush wow. Something so easy adobe keep giving you weak features and wonder why affinity took your iPad market.

i came here to see how much photoshop for ipad has evolved since it's release 4 years ago.
it is very disappointing to se so little upgrades in all these years.
when adobe showcased the app before release, they said it would be full featured. that was a big lie.
i used it a bit in the first 2 years. mainly only to prepare masks that i would use later on on the desktop version. it's the only use case where it excels because of the pen on screen.

Today I switched to Affinity Photo. It blows my mind that this is all Adobe has decided to do for iPad. I will look at Darkroom to ditch my adobe subscription for good. Perpetual licenses FTW.
