📌Mini Taco Bites:
-round, bite size tortilla chips
-1 can Refried Beans
-1 to 1 1/2 Cups of shredded cheese
***On a baking sheet, lay down tortilla chips. Add refried beans to the center of each chip, and then Cover with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Fold in half. Serve immediately. Serve with Salsa, Guacamole and Sour Cream for dipping. Enjoy!
📌Bacon & Cream Cheese Crescent Bites:
-1 (8oz) can crescent rolls
-4 oz Cream Cheese, softened
-1/2 lb. Bacon, cooked and crumbled
***Bake at 375 for 9-12 minutes. or until golden brown

sometimes appetizers are just what u want sometimes , i will often make an appetizer that has meat in it and do a few sides or a garden salad , at u got a meal , but all of these look amazing , i have made the mini taco's and i ended up having to do like 3 sheet pans , as my son just sat there an just kept popping them in his mouth ... after the first one was almost gone , hes like umm mom we need more , so by the end of that nite i had made 3 sheets worth ... ut ty for sharing these recipes with us Valerie !! and i have to say , that navy blue shirt u had on , is def your color , you just beamed !!!

Instead on honey butter on the chicken minis, we use maple syrup with butter and have done the same concept with the biscuit cup with the chicken minis and maple butter sauce.

I make the bites that you call Ham & Cheese Bites. I got the recipe from Jessica O'Donhoue. I call them egg bombs. I do the same thing, but I mix sausage or bacon bits in the scrambled mixture and put them in muffin tins with the biscuits shaped in a cup form and bake. They are SSSSOOOOO good!!!
