Getting a 24 soon. Love the 25 interior especially but the wait time and because it’s the first year of a new redesign, I like the wait and see the bugs worked out. Also like the exterior look of the 24 better. Still good cars. Camry has really upped their game in styling over the past 8 years.
It’s not really redesigned just the grill front lights and rear lights and the hood and the sensor moved it definitely looks better 😊 # 2025 and the interior is a lot different
I love certain interior improvements and definitely streamlining the process by including a lot of what was "optional" previously, and I definitely love the tech upgrades. However, on the exterior not a fan of the honeycomb grill....everything else looks good. I knowingly bought a 24 Camry XSE because of the v6 departure...and I'll gladly keep my "ancient relic" to enjoy this magnificent engine. A big fan of heavy metal and red interior!
The '25 SE and LE are so nice. The Supersonic red SE I keep seeing in reviews with the black with white stripe interior is just stunning. I would love to see what Ocean Gem looks like on SE . The LE in Ocean Gem is beautiful and doesn't seem like a stripped down model at all
Horrible redesign in my opinion. Previous design was more elegant. No more 8sp trans which was perfect with 2.5l engine, hate CVT. V6 was too much for this car. My 18 SE 2.5l with 150k runs fantastic not a single issue yet. 5k oil changes, 2 sets of rotors with pads 2nd set of Michelins. Always amazes me that dealers don’t know what options cars have that they sell on daily basis
I just bought a new 2024 SE in white with $2100 off MSRP at $28,400. My dealer had 4 of the 2024's left so it was now or never. I didn't need nor really want the hybrid. Toyota hybrids are good but I know later I will never have to think about battery replacement and I wanted the 8 speed auto. What I don't fully trust yet is that Toyota went to Lithium batteries now. HUGE bomb if they have problems later on. We will see......
I got the 4 cylinder camry 2024 se (non hybrid) and to i mainly drive highway which are primarily flat. I avg about 46 to 48 mpg when going 55-60 mph and around 42 mpg when going 70 mph. The camry really only suffers in city driving, short trips, and stop & go traffic but even then it isn't so bad to trade it in for a hybrid.
We have both 😆😆that being said the hybrid 2025 is absolutely faster and quicker it’s not even close the torque and power is unbelievable and the infotainment is far superior.
It’s amazing to think only a few years ago the Camrys aesthetics totally dominated the Honda accord and the Hyundai Sonata both of them look like granny cars like the old Toyota Avalon now these new cameras look like NASCAR awesome love them!
I’ve always been a Honda guy but the new Accord is a big NO for me. I don’t like how it looks at all. Loving the new Camry. It’s better looking than the Accord and gives us an AWD option.

Does the 2025 Carmy have steel knuckles or aluminum knuckles? 2. Approximately how many shop hours to replace new lithium ion battery in 2025 Carmy under the seat? I’m hoping the new design requires less time to be removed to get the battery out. 3. Does the 2025 Carmy have an electronically controlled variable oil pump? 4. Does the ECVT transmission in the 2025 Camry have a slush lubrication system or does it have a dry sump system like the 2024 Prius Prime? 5. Is the transmission in the 2025 Camry the PB12 transmission like in the 2024 Prius Prime which is lager than what is in the standard Prius? 6. Does the 2025 Carmy have lug nuts with bolts or did you switch to bolts like on the 2024 Prius? 7. Does the 2025 have a re-designed Two Piece timing chain cover like the 2024 Prius which was re-designed to eliminate the chances of leaks?
I was hoping you would compare a gen 8 s gen 9. Toyota did a good job with the 9th gen. One thing I noticed is for Gen 9 you don’t have blank spots on the dash for features you only get on the higher optioned trims. From all the good reviews. Seriously thinking about upgrading from my 22 Camry SE.
Hey Jeff does the 2025 have remote start? I know the 2018 - 2024 if you had the smart key fob you could hit lock 3 times and on the 3rd click hold the button down and the car starts up. Can you find out if its the same way on the 2025? Thanks!
We traded our 2021 same color as the one you reviewed for a new 2025 it’s night and day the older one was a good car very sporty but the 2025 is way more better in every aspect.
Not a fan of the fabric on the door and dash on the 25. I see that getting dirty over time and will be hard to clean. Also, I wish there was a non hybrid option

In my opinion, this is a step down. No V6, no geared transmission. $44,000... for a 4 cylinder with less power than the old model!! Some of us can't afford a $60,000 Supra, because money and also life reasons. So it's always good to have an alternative. A good, reliable, practical, cheap to insure vehicle, but with the option of having a chunky, powerful engine and a proper geared transmission. Sorry, but this is not it.
2024 Camry windows fog up so much when u use the A/C or when it’s a foggy day, my 2019 Tacoma windows never had that problem, something is weird about the air and the seals in the 2024 camry, CHEAP! I just picked one up brand New, hybrid sport nightsdhade 2024, good on gas, sucks on potholes, fog sucks, seats are hard to clean because they’re fake leather, n seats have rips from day 1 stitching is cheap
Nor have my 2011 accord, 2005 grand Marquis , 2003 crown Victoria, 1997 pathfinder , 2012 rav4, something is definitely weird about these 2024 Camry windows, they seem cheap , like everything else these days
I think going full hybrid for the 2025 model will be horrible for consumers. Hybrids lose their value more than fully gas powered cars. No one wants to deal with an aging battery. Hope the 2026 has an all gas option

Not a fan of the new package. I could get use to the look but the 2018 to 2024 just looks sportier. Now, hybrid only, no thank you. CVT transmission, no thank you. My 2020 does not have this big tablet infotainment system in it and blends better with the dash. I don't see myself getting newer then a 2024 model.
2025 has Softex in the part of the seat that you sweat the most and cloth where you don't really touch. Cloth in the center was way smarter in the 2024.

Turbo models are less reliable. Ford and Chevy proved that with the ecotech and Ecoboost motors. Whether you like it or not, the automotive industry is phasing out large engines for smaller engines. This is due to tighter emissions standards and the push for better fuel economy. If you are complaining about the v6 going away, it is definitely not. The v6 engine is replacing old V8 engines which are now be phased out of sports cars. In a couple years, the market will only be 4 or 6 cylinders.
eCVT is a tank. We own two Rav 4 primes with the same motor and transition as the 2025 Camry. Our son just bought a Camry 2025 because of the proven power train in the Rav 4 5th generation hybrid. The 8 speed shits too often.
I kept my 2012 Toyota Camry SE and I just purchased the 2025 Hybrid SE and I love it!!!
The proportion on the 8th is so much better. It's a timeless design and I love it. Still the best looking camry in my opinion
