- This is an unauthorized concert recording by the first ELO line up, featuring Roy Wood, It is mentioned in the sleeve notes of the remastered version of ELO's first album as existing only as part of a private collection. It would seem that the private collector has finally let it loose, up to now I have never seen it available for download in any format. The recording quality was poor to start with. I performed a restoration and remastering to improve it to near excellent. I used the Granada TV appearance and photos from various CD releases for the video. Hope you enjoy it!

LOVE this - awesome !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The intro is a short interlude to `Big Wheels' which is from the `Out Of The Blue' album. Beautiful song.
THIS IS A GEM!!!
Great!
This is a great favourite of mine in ELO´s debut album. This is the first time to hear this track live, thank you very much !!
What about Manhattan Rumble and The Battle of Marston Moor ? I know that those tracks were played in Spring 1972 in ELO´s first concerts, too.
I like this one. Shades of Dave Mason.
Hi, I think I remember him saying the hair was a wig he altered a little from the times when he impersonated Dusty Springfield in the early Move days. (His previous band)
This version sounded like a mashup of ELO and Procol Harum.
Still want the sheet music for this song or tablature...
It's Roy Wood.
@manekishironeko i'm kind of an off-white tan, unless of course, i just had a liquid chocolate bath with my wife after which we lic... nevermind. lol
Sounds like classical gas. Sorry. But it does. I don't think mason Williams would approve.
Anita Huie yes it does, and Roy Wood has stated that Classical Gas was the inspiration for the song
