Don't be so hard on yourself Kevin. Your video was just fine. It was full of lots of interesting tidbits. So Happy to see the two new babies are thriving. Hugs to Y'all Ü
The garden looks good. Glad the babies and Mama are doing good. It's good that Leeske has bonded with Kora. Sounds like you have three awesome LGDs. Take care and stay safe out there. GOD BLESS Y'ALL.
The farm is looking beautiful from all the rain. Everyone seems to being really good and healthy. You are dealing with the small itching problem. So stay safe and happy. ❤️
I will be interested to see the mite/insect treatment. I came up to Missouri on the 18th for 2 weeks to work on my shed roof and the rain has been happening most of the time I've been here! Finally for my last few days here I have the opportunity to get it done! Blessings, Texas Deb ❤️😁
You are absolutely right about not needing a project in order to keep us happy, haha. I love these videos where it's kind of a walk and talk version. We get an update on all kinds of things, get to see the animals and see the farm itself. It is looking so pretty with everything greening up. Have a great rest of the weekend, Kevin, Rachel, Caleb and Kyah, as well as everyone out there who reads this. I wish everyone all the best. Continued prayers for your mom, Rachel. Heather🇨🇦
I loved this video .I can't get out after suffering a serious accident at work and it's so good to imagine I'm outside walking around with you whilst you are showing your property .it's great you stop to show the wild plants as well as the vegetables .and showing how much rain has fallen and sitting on your land .looking forward to seeing how many baby turkeys hatch . Have you given up raising pigs now ?
Kevin, frist of all i love how you talk for your animals ❤️. And second you can repeat anything you have to show us and the newbie. It never gets old. Majo barely got to say hey 👋. Till next time have a wonderful weekend and God bless 🙌 🙏 ❤️ 💖 😊.
The weather is up and down on the east coast too. And the flies are ridiculous! Your garden is looking good! I don't know how you and Rachel keep up with everything, but GOD bless you both with strength and endurance! Look at how much your children are learning! They definitely will know all about survival. I hope the mite treatment is able to help your animals and I look forward to your next video. Oh! I love mustard greens! I'll have to get some and cook them, it's been awhile! 😋🥣
Hi Kevin your garden looks pretty good. Nothing better than fresh vegetables. The baby goats are very cute. Looks like your getting a pretty big herd. Hope you and your family are doing good. 🌞🇨🇦
The garden looks great. Everything is so green and pretty. The babies look good. Smokey had to get his 2 words in. Animals and all look so great and Mojo takes it all.
Thanks for getting out a video Kevin. I know it is difficult with your job, the farm chores & the crazy weather on top of it all. All the furry & feathered farm residents look like they are doing well😊 I’ll be interested to watch your video on parasite control. Take care & cheers 🐨🦘🥰
Babies are so cute! Leeski is such a good guardian!!🤗🤗❤️❤️. ( Did y'all get your gifts? Says they were put in the parcel locker). We could really use some rain. Haven't had any for quite awhile. I love Millie! Her feathers crack me up! They go everywhere!😬. Love y'all and God bless!!🙏🙏
Have you ever tried fly predators? Spalding is one company that has them and Daniel Arms got some from another comp. I used them when I had horses and it made a big difference for me.
@@HiddenHeightsFarm I was going to suggest the same. Jason at Cog Hill uses yet another brand. He says they work. It takes time for them to get established, and you have to watch chickens and other feathered animals, as they eat them! Prayers and Blessings always
For sure, Crystal w blue cactus dairy goats uses them too. That's how I heard of Spalding labs and fly predators. They eat the larvae not the adult flies
Lay chicken wire in your beds the cats don't like the feel of them and won't dig where it's at. Or get plastic forks and stick them pointy tines up around your plants wherever you don't want them to dig! You might need a lot of forks! God Bless!
Do you know I was funnily just thinking about your earliest videos and on how much all of you plus the farm have progressed so much. You definitely deserve more subs!! One of the better farm families. Love from Ireland
Kevin your videos are always great, give yourself more credit young man! You always give us lotsa animals lotsa building things(and you always finish) I can sit and listen to all the stories all day long! I miss Teacup wish she could have stayed at your place but I get it!! Love all your content you and Rachel give us!
This weather is strange, in PA the highs have been in the mid 50s, next week in the 80s and 90s, goodness. Strawberries look yummy. How's Rachael momma doing? As always God bless stay safe until the next video ❤️ 😍
It is such a nice surprise to see that Matilda finally decided to lay some eggs. Your home garden is coming along quite nicely. It always tastes more delicious when grow your own fruits and vegetables. The baby goats are so cute! The baby geese and ducks, well I guess they are teenagers, are getting big! Speaking of getting big, Kora has grown so much since you first got her, and so has Leeke. It's good you included Mojo at the tail-end of the video, as we love seeing him, too. That weed you pointed out, I think it is a Carolina geranium, also known as Cranesbill.
Looks like Matilda chose a place with very little traffic and quiet. Millie is so cute. Love the feathers. Sweet baby goats. Kevin and Rachel have a wonderful evening and holiday.
Mojo is hey Dad hes such a beautiful dog ,Leeskie and Cora are doing an awesome job ,glad the baby goats are doing well now ,you stay safe and thankyou 💕🙏🏻
Kevin, your garden looks awesome and delicious looking. What a salad smorgasbord! We need rain. We have had only sprinkles with rain all around our area. I pray the fly situation disappears and things are better soon. I like how Leeske babysits the kids while the mama grazes. What a neat nanny. Your new geese are beautiful looking too. Have a blessed Memorial Day weekend.💕🙏🏻🙋🏼♀️
Go to the Dollar Store and buy a couple packages of plasticware. Put the forks and knives pokey end up and the cats will avoid the garden beds. Get a bright color and it's fairly easy to retrieve them at harvest's end. Rinse them off and store over Winter and use next season.
Good farm update! All the animals are looking healthy and happy! And the rain is a blessing. I woke up to rain this morning, and we are supposed to get more rain over the next couple of days. That's rain my garden needs, and hoses I don't have to drag around. My yard was getting pretty dry. Here in east Idaho we're in a drought, so rain is a blessing. 🥰🌧💖🙏💖
Hello, garden looks nice. Goats looking good. Dogs doing good. MOJO of course is my favorite. Love him to pieces. Love watching ducks and geese. How are the baby Emus? Have a great Memorial Weekend.
I'm in California and the weather here has been very unusual too! We're not having a fly problem but, we seem to have an over abundance of those "kissing bugs". And I usually don't see those bugs here where I live!
****Kevin, my uncle used to hang cotton balls on long pc's of thread on the edges of the roof around his patio, porches & garages. The balls move easily with a light wind & the flies stayed away!! They don't like movement & he had his own little farm with chickens, geese & a few pig's. Yup, it's chemical free & works pretty darn good as long as you have a breeze to make them move!
For a different idea for radishes, cut the tops n bottoms, then quarter or more depending on size, and saute in butter til lightly soften then a balsamic vinegar. Saute a bit more and serve. Very tasty!
I'm sure you're gonna be able to find extra homes for the young turkeys .The latest twins are looking good. I hope the kids are enjoying summer so far.

Kora is growing fast. I use advantix when the biting flies and gnats are out. When I had my Australian cattle dog they buzz his ears and he would snap at them drove him insane until I put advantix on him. It also keeps mosquitoes at bay. Bravecto is ok they say 3 months in advertising but read the label. Just my experience from working in a vet's office trying the products.
I’m in Central Arizona. We had near freezing overnight temps into late April. Then a string of overnight temps in the mid to low forties! Summer garden plants do not like that nonsense one bit. Everything is getting a late start. Weird weather. Blessings and Abundance to y’all and those that you love ❤️
Kevin I think u need to take ur cameras in to get lubricant on them, don’t know how or where but I do recognize that sound when it’s dry. Just take them to a camera shop. Hope that helps just FYI, 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
It could also be that their skin is dry and that will make them itchy. I'm sure there's something that you can give them for that too but I'm not quite sure what it is I know that my dog had skin problem too she would get really frustrated and start chewing on her paws and it turned out she had allergies. And these kinds of things set under her when she was an older dog but yours are pretty young. Hopefully it's not mites.
Everything looks great. Good luck on the Turkey babies. Have a great week 😀 😊 ☺️ 😘. I'm anxious to see the pest control one to see if it will help me on my animals.

The flies are terrible here in Jacksonville, Fl. We don't have livestock, but there are woods around us. We have crimes and deer in the yard alot. Unfortunately we have yellow flies right now, and they will bite the fire out of you! I always used red pepper flakes where my dog dug! He would not dig there again! Love ya'll and God Bless!
