I just registered for the city of Southington for my power washing company, and I will be taking our course thank you guys. You guys are a very knowledgeable and respectable.
As a garbage truck driver for my city. The truck can get extremely gross. Phew man you think some of those dumpsters are bad? And they are. But you dumping like 80 of them a day and all that nice dumpster juice gets all over my windshield, top of the truck, EVERYWHERE. Phew
What do you guys do with the runoff water? Do you extract it or throw it off into the drain? Also, do you use your own water or connect to the restaurant?
Not really any point imo. Many soaps will basically render SH inactive. Wouldn’t bother testing to see, but id bet degreaser would do just that. It would be more effective to do an SH application first, let dwell to kill bacteria, rinse. Then use degreaser

I’ve seen guys with a vacuum like suction goes into a dirty tank for grease jobs
Yeah it's not like that anywhere else. That NJ law is what makes this work.
Doing these, im guessing a big water tank is needed, have to bring own water correct?
try to use the customers water source and make sure to have a water key for commercial
So what is the best soap to use??
Degreaser
