Thanks very much Tim :) These are always enjoyable to make, interesting just to see all the different kinds of whistles I've captured over the past few months.
As always my young son and I (particularly him!) VERY much enjoyed this compilation. Lots of enthusiastic pulling of whistles and copying the sounds :-) Thankyou as ever for your work shooting and editing these great films - they are very much appreciated and doing a good job of enthusing the next generation of railway enthusiasts! Tim
I love these compilations of yours. Some make me smile others bring a tear to the eye. Like the way you started and ended with Tornado. The two best?... Maybe. But the last one is superb. Must say well edited too Kris . All the best...Tim.
I have to say that while American steam locomotives certainly aren’t as pretty as their British counterparts, our whistles are so much better. Stick a Reading six chime on Tornado and you’ve got one hell of a combination.
