I Just Want To Attest To The Fact That This Company Is Such A Game Changer To The Hair Care Industry In So Many Ways. I Had An Issue With The Delivery of My First Order So I emailed The Company to Voice My Concerns. Mike the Office Manager Called Me at 7:17 am the NEXT morning (my time In Arizona) to discuss what my issue was and Not Only told me how to contact the proper person concerning my package, but he assured me Twelve12 Would take care of Me Either way because my order was insured. After following his instructions, I was able to locate my order and when I called him back to Thank him, He Expressed to Me that if I had Any Other issues with and future orders being fulfilled to call him right away and the company will do whatever they need to do to Help Me. The oil we have is a scalp oil but a good serum is kenra professional

What if I can’t steam my hair. How long should conditioner stay in the hair? Thank you
We suggest keeping the conditioner on for 30 minutes. But try the steam next time from Amazon, you’ll notice a major difference.

Why is it that 4-C hair is pretty much the only grade of hair I hear about?
