- Today we installed our very first off-road part! Super happy with the way this came out. The quality is really top notch and install wasn't not too difficult to do at home. THE PAINT came out much better than expected, we are proof you can do this in your back yard too!

Rusto 2 in 1 is awesome. I would have lead off with an etching primer for that first layer to really seal up the metal. and then go over with the filler primer. but great choices on the clear! should be real good!

Looks pretty nice. I've seen someone hit a truck with a steel bumper. Truck took it like a champ without or barely any damage. The other car, the front was a done deal...lol.

For future viewers, the paints with Isocyanates are bo joke and cause irreversible damage. A close friend and fellow car enthusiast painted his car in a makeshift paint booth and became very ill. Several months passed and he was not doing better. 6 months later sadly he passed. So never cut corners when it comes to your health, just buy the right equipment or take it to a pro that has the equipment.

It’s heavy but not as heavy as all the other things I removed
I don’t see the tow hitch after ? Did you have to take that off for it to clear ??
Didnt need to remove it in order to clear but it would hang really low if we put the OEM one back on
You’ll need a Mazzulla tow hitch to make it all flow nicely
