@@THE_RYANNI didn't quite catch it but he seemed to be saying to pull from the other wheel? I'm sure it would work just as well - many ways to skin a cat.
I would not be surprised if you two become an attraction yourselves. Tourists calling for a tow on themselves just to get selfies with you! 😂Cheers❤️🇨🇦
I’m sure you need someone telling you how to do your job when you are trying to do less damage then the driver already did. I mean it would be a snap to get out of you just rip it out and didn’t care I’m sure.
I was down there last week on that road. Saw scrapes right there, makes me wonder if that car caused them. Also, I didn't park illegally while I was there. Your videos are a lesson learned. 😂
Jeff that one was in a ditch and a half brother. Jeff yall earned yalls money on that one and then with the unsolicited help don't you wish you could change more for that. Great job and yall be safe.
You need to have a sign, like we see in some garages here, The price for us to do it, $10 extra if you want to help and $20 extra if your partner wants to help.
👏👏👏👏 I knew you could do it, y’all didn’t need any advice from any body. It reall sucks that they call two tow trucks. Just because they don’t want to wait. Y’all did a great job. ❤❤❤❤
Personally I think if they call 2 tow trucks they should have to pay full price for the one who does the work and at least 1/2 price to the other tow business.
I know Jeff and Kristen are always talking about the job they get to and someone else is already doing it. Jeff has just come all that way wasted his time and gas. It’s not right.❤️❤️❤️❤️
He said he didn't call the second tow, that someone driving by stopped and said that they called for a tow for him. Not his fault, that caller should have to pay.
Kristen you are a hero both of you are of course you care so much about everyone you come a cross you are someone whom we should all aspire to be a beautiful caring understand person a role model for everyone you both make a perfect pair
That guy was annoying as hell. The words you needed to say were: Sir, you cannot be near my recovery area. My insurance will not allow you to be here. Please go back to your car. Thank you.
That white blazer recovery was intense. The ditch claimed another victim. 😢😢. But Jeff conquered it and all the advice from the roadside supervisors. 😊😊😊😊
Hyundai Elantra is the Hyundai i40 here in the uk. The big Chevrolet was an awful noise as it came out but must have been so scary to be in when it happened
Watching your videos I was able to advise my son and friends about the Blue Trolley and be sure to park in the paid lots. And watch out for the bears. They were there all last week. Thanks. Oh yeah he saw you towing a vehicle. 😅
That was a tough pull out that white Chevy but big red handled it experience operator he took care of business as always love watching you guys. Be safe out there.
Since it was probably a write off, not much point in trying to save anything. Insurance companies may write a repairable car off because it takes too long to get parts, or the cost of the rental to the customer makes it too expensive in the longer term. Not always about damage to the car.
Oh, Jeff … idk why you didn’t let the guy {with less experience than you} just take on over 🤷🏼♀️ he was so pushy ! … lol thank YOU, Miss Kendra, Kristen and Jeff
Awesome channel. I'll be in the Gatlinburg area for the next two months starting next Sunday so good intel to know where to park and where not to and to play it safe on those curvy roads.
"you've been doing this almost as long as I have then... Can I get your advice on something I find really challenging - how do you handle it when someone strolls into the middle of the scene, doesn't even look at both ends of the car, and starts telling you how to do your job?"
I've seen plenty of people who clearly don't know how to do the job they are doing and often just haven't assessed the situation properly to begin with.
and the way he came flying down the road i didn't think he was gonna stop if there already hadn't been a wreck there i bet that idiot in the jeep would be in there
Jeff, you had your work cut out for you in that ditch. You think that there would be some kind of barrier by that ditch. The road is obviously not wide enough. I bet it's always the tourist that wipe out on these roads. Great job! You and Kristen are a good team together. God Bless!
Jeff, that deep ditch, did a number on that Chevrolet, that was a tuff tow, u did a awesome job getting it back on the road 👍🏻. Jeff and Kristen thank u for always taking us along 😊. From Kentucky.
I love to see the reaction of you telling the customer that they can’t have the car back since you crushed it... didn’t you read the sign, all cars will be towed and crushed...
Is there a way to keep them back away from the vehicle in case if liability concerns. I know THEY are so experienced and knows exactly how you need to get it out. Especially when he got in the car. I know he must have heard me yelling at him. Sorry Jeff and Kristin I was ranting.
What a mess with the SUV, great job getting that thing out. Easy on the small box truck, but got that one done. LOL NO PARKING some just can't read or DON'T CARE.
I've decided that whoever designed the back roads in Gatlinburg is the one that designed I40 and 26 up here in asheville one lane to get on 26 going east and one lane to i40 going west
Hey Jeff, when you have cars in the ditch like the blazer, where there is a sharp edge at the edge of the road.....could touch use tire skates to let it slide up to the road easier. Back in the day, before retired, they came in handy quite a bit. Just a suggestion. Thanks for the videos. Hope to see you on the road next trip down.
Gee whiz, you got all kinds of expert help today! 😂😂😂😂😂 I would have paid money to see that woman attempt to get that FedEx truck out! She almost had him out. Jeff you have more patience than anyone I know.
Ahhh yes, having a little supper and watching an EA video. What could be better? Boy, I feel for the driver of the Chevy Blazer rental. Hope his insurance company covers it. I know a lot of folks don't take the extra car rental insurance. Holy Cow, the driveway the large rental truck was stuck on was bad, not to mention if he swings too wide coming out of that driveway the road on the other side has a huge drop off. Keep up the great work EA Team!
"I've been doing this for 15 years". Time to get familiar with modern technology then, like synthetic straps that don't have weak links like chains do.
They really don't believe in having shoulders on the roads around there, do they? Or road markings , or reflectors. Booby trapped turns and driveways, A dream location..........for towing operators.
Those roads roads have terrible shoulders, i mean there is no room for error, they don't seem to be legal to specifications of the government, good final pull, have a good week. ❤😂🎃

I bet Mr White Shirt has torn up a lot of cars in his 15 years! The nerve of some people!
Good job Jeff your wife is an amazing worker
YAY! Illegal tows! Hello Jeff and Kristen!
My favourite part of this channel!
LOL, are you saying they are illegally towing the cars?
(yes you are)

Crazy to me someone who “has 15 years of experience “ wouldn’t understand how frustrating it is to try to tell someone how to do it
Your patience is amazing. We’ll be there next week hopefully the weather is good.
Yes Jeff, your patience is amazing! ❤

Weather will be cold , we went from 75 to 40 overbite up here.

Was wondering if their wasn't some way to lift the tyres out of the ditch before pulling.
They need to make a small rotator to be able to pick up cars straight up on those mountain roads.
I remember that driveway too!

I think you need a truck like big red but with a Rotator boom so you can still manage the small roads but it can get some of that hard to get vehicles
That first spot needed a guardrail!!

Wow y'all get into some stuff! Great job stay safe!
I have to come and visit Gatlinburg and pigeon Forge’s area.
Why dont they fill those ditches in with large size gravel? That way water can still flow and wont be such a drop if someone runs off the road

Why in the world can’t TDOT do something about the shoulders of those roads? You’d think it would be a liability for them!
Probably severely underfunded.
