3 years to investigate people on camera and posting on social media? What took so long? That's a ridiculous amount of time for a bunch of teenagers already on cameras that don't know their rights and would 90% speak without a lawyer, and who offered up evidence on social media sites, but it takes 3 years? Imagine them investigating real sophisticated criminals. Might take them a decade.
