Definitely! [my comment below] "Nathan is such a great coach, he has a way of breaking down the movement and steps within (that movement) in such a simple way. I love how conscious he became from his own mind muscle connection and ability to even find "secrets" and "cheats" to perfect and make things easier! Thank you both! These are great video's"
Finally there are coming some serious tips about calisthenics. Most people won’t understand that back in the days, elite athletes never shared these type of tips and tricks, and there were zero tutorials about it as well. Glad to see the sport is finally growing and changing in a good way.
I’ve been learning the front lever for the past maybe 2 or 3 months (not sure how long) and the thing that helped me the most is an elastic band I bought a month ago . I progressed so much with it in only one month and now I can hold a FL for like 3 seconds now . Still training but feels good knowing I can actually hold the position

These are excellent tips. I can do tuck pull up on rings but working on front lever. I'll get there. Btw, I'm a 61 year old female. It took 2 years to get tuck pull up but now it's very easy. I lift weights 5 days a week but mix it up with calisthenics. It's so fun for me. Thank you for tips. I'll follow you for more. Want to do planche next goal.
@shabirvalli8604 thank you. Getting that final position of being horizontal is tough. Consistency is key plus, it's so exciting to challenge yourself. Lifting is fun but bodyweight is a whole world of new endorphins.
Wow didn't expect such intro! Hello from Bulgaria! I swear there is a mania with this country lately idk how its getting so famous all of a sudden. I hope i'll be able to learn from this video and achieve the front lever :)
Vraiment stylé et en vrai je me bute aux hold de half lay mais en vrai les adv tuck to full sont surement mieux avec les negative full to press en one leg
Yes, form is definitely important, but at the beginning when you're learning movements or you want to get stronger, it's perfectly okay to use not so good form just for more volume and then after a while you can always try it cleaner
Of course, small, light people have an advantage in the sport, just like tall people do in basketball. But you shouldn't denigrate the performance because of that, because in calistenics there are very hard movements that require body control and significant strength. And it's especially the small and light people who bring the sport to the next level because they achieve such unbelievably awesome combos. And there are even some examples of athletes who are heavyweights and can still do certain skills. So there are no excuses!
@@DanielFlefil You can, but if you're doing so in front lever you're not engaging properly the lats and shortening the leverage. That's basic anatomy bro...

Well how tall is he like 4'5
I am 5’3 :)
i never can do this....i have no muscles and i am to old.. 56 years..
Not with that attitude
my age is my problem...and the next problem with me is, that i don´t like to make sport togenther with strong men...
@@torkle4923 Don't demotivate theres people that at 70 can do it You can bro
There are literally guys your age holding full planche and full front, age ain't an excuse
or maybe you can
i think planche tips were better and this approach will lead to front lever only for those who already can do it 80%
Sowwy :(
@@nathanbosech but there are some good tips for those who want to improve and perfect their form :D
yea cause most fl beginner tips are given
you could consider this a hidden gem once you get stronger
What's interesting is that calisthenics training has different rules compared to bodybuilding where form is more important
Yes, form is definitely important, but at the beginning when you're learning movements or you want to get stronger, it's perfectly okay to use not so good form just for more volume and then after a while you can always try it cleaner
Not so much focus on building mass, thats the goal with bodybuilding.
Diaphragm
:)
tip 1- be like 1.50-1.60 cm tall, tip 2 - should be around 55-60 kg weight and u are good to go :D

Stopped at "retracting and pulldown". You don't retract, you only depress scapulas wtf
No you can retract your shoulder blades together
