Good (funny) reaction, as always, Gentlemen. The reason this Chapter of TBOBF actually is The Mandalorian (Season 3) Premiere, is most likely because this story sets up something pivotal in Boba and Fennec's story. We know, for a fact, that tricked out N-1 Naboo Starfighter is going to be a nice weapon in Lord Boba's arsenal against The Pykes, and anyone else that gets in his way.
Let's not call it a day yet, for Boba Fett (esp. since there's supposedly enough story for a Season 2)...according to Ming-Na Wen, these last episodes are some of the best SW content she's ever seen and been a part of, with the last 2 Chapters being INSANE (introducing some new lore in to The SWU). Chapter 6 was written and directed by Dave Filoni...so, We know that one is going to be a doozie! Now, We can also count on there being a Chapter in Mando Season 3, where it focuses heavily (or almost entirely, like this particular one) on Boba and Fennec, to return the favor. The Mandalorian Saga is going to have a narrative dynamic where various main characters will appear within other main characters' series. Think of The MCU and The CW DC superheroes shows.
Yes, many SW Fans are prophesying that Grogu Djarin will ultimately become The Second Mandalorian Jedi in the galaxy (over 1000 years after The First Mandalorian Jedi, and the creator (and original wielder) of The Darksaber, Tarre Vizsla, existed, who is a very distant relative of both Paz Vizsla (The BIG GUY who fought Mando for The Darksaber, who is voiced by Jon Favreau) and Sabine Wren (from STAR WARS: Rebels); being a unifying bridge between The Jedi and Mandalorian Culture and religion; with Din Djarin becoming The Ruler of Mandalore, and owner of The Darksaber. That way, hundreds of years in to the future, Grogu Djarin will be the custodian of The Jedi Order, the legacy of The Skywalker Family, and protector (Mando General) of Mandalore (esp. his Adopted Father's natural born children, and future Great-Great Grandchildren), living long in to the galaxy's future.
P.S. Every time I watch you Guys react, you make me hungry for popcorn. :)

I think the mention of Pykes ruining commerce for everyone and that lady mechanic will give Mando another reason to help Boba. I like to think Fennec may have actually sent that message to Mando and not that lady mechanic (I forget her name). That mechanic seemed a bit surprised at what message Mando was talking about before sounding like she pretended to know about it. You guys should do a reaction or at least watch The Clone Wars & Star Wars Rebels if you guys have not seen it yet. Tarre Visla was both a Jedi and Mandalorian who created the Dark Saber. You get to see more of the backstory of the Dark Saber in both animated shows and how Bo-Katan was "gifted" it. It was fun to see them reference or recap some of that backstory here for those who do not yet know, but also add the Terminator-like visuals of The Great Purge. This is my favorite episode so far, followed by episode 2 and then episode 4. I am enjoying this show. Yes, it is not The Mandalorian and I agree with Christian that the show could have condensed the first 4 episodes into 2.
I think a big part of the problem is that we are bringing our own expectations to the show and making Boba into much more than what he really is or was, rather than just let the show play out as is. We wanted Boba the bounty hunter, but Boba is at this stage of his life is no longer about that lifestyle but is older & has grown weary of it. I think Filoni and Favearu must've known this show would not be as well loved as The Mandalorian. I also think if Boba was not so ruthless on that 1 Mando season 2 episode, this show may have played out better. Interestingly enough, this show was filmed a good long while ago, so the plan this whole time was to always have a Mando-centric episode. So, I definitely think showing the contrast was intentional on their part.

Just curious, do you guys put on subtitles? Because you guys were talking over a lot of vital dialogue

We do actually. We definitely catch most everything in the dialogue, contrary to belief. And we definitely watch it again later on once our hype level goes down. So we don’t miss anything.

Guy's! I can see that you haven't figured out the Star Wars has become something of a work of art. Boba Fett's life on Tatooine had to be covered. There was plenty of action in all the episodes so far, but the solitude, deprivation, and struggle Boba went through to this point required some periods of more thoughtful, quieter reflection. It speaks of a slight problem with attention spans that you were not able to appreciate the careful work it took to get to this point. It built slowly every episode to get to here, perhaps too slowly for too many fans to fully appreciate. It also didn't help that the big bucks, and the star director were reserved for this episode. Ya gotta be fair here. That's up to you guys. OK, the Vespas sucked, but for the most part things have been built pretty well. And it looks like heading for a slam bang finish. that hopefully will satisfy just about everyone.

Am I one of the few who liked the Vespas? It reminded me of FLCL

Didn't Obi Wan fly a N1 to Tatooine to bring baby Luke to Uncle Owen and Aunt Beru? it's been a while since I watch the movie. If it is, it's a great tie in to the up coming Obi Wan series as well as to Luke.
