I have completely changed my view of the Jedi creed about having no attachments. One cannot do what the Jedi are called to do and have attachments. It is not that they are not allowed to love, but their love must be a sacrificial love for all who are in need. To do this, they must put away selfish desires in favor of the greater good; thus, they are called to the highest calling - to be servants of all. No one is forced to become a Jedi; so, if anyone does not have the passion for this calling, they must walk away and live a conventional life. The fact that only one Mandalorian was able to follow the Jedi path indicates that it is not an easy path to take. Few individuals are willing to love others this way: putting everyone's needs above their own. As much as some fans seem to be angry at Ahsoka for talking Mando out of seeing Grogu, she was doing what was best for Grogu; so, he could make a clear-headed choice between attachment to Mando and devotion to the Jedi path.
It wasn't just bad thoughts. Luke actually used the Force to try and see the future and what would happen, and saw what happened with Anakin happening all over again with Ben.
Yet again, a great reaction from you Guys. Yes, long live The Filoniverse! It seems, when he (co)writes and directs episodes/Chapters of The Mandalorian Saga, they tend to be very significant points in the overall narrative, and lore-driven, establishing or re-establishing characters from his and George Lucas' animated works, or The OT and The PT. Don't worry, Chapter 7 will feature Boba Fett being Boba Fett, and wrecking serious shop on Tatooine. I wouldn't be surprised, if the chapter is broken in to 2 parts, each around 40-minutes-plus, comprising a near full-length motion picture, ending in a cliffhanger, leading in to Season 2. I think there will be even more surprises showing up, before next Wednesday's Season 1 Finale is over. That would be very similar to how Season 1 of The Bad Batch's Premiere episode was an over 70-minute short Animated film. Again, the popcorn...a great visual aid.
Hands-down one of the worst reactions I've ever seen to this episode..And I've watched about 65 on youtube ...you and another Channel just don't get it.. Ahsoka was totally in the right, if you're a good parent you would understand..If you ever watched the clone wars ,,you know what story arcs are about and how they're done The book of Boba is just a story arc in the Star Wars story..Whatever car to get the majority of the episodes for the series is the one that gets the name of the show..Most of the season was about Boba.. Same things gonna happen within the Kenobi series you're gonna see Darth Vader and what he's doing ,You're also going to get other characters along with Kenobi... Some episode you might not see kenobi at all..This is how live-action Star Wars is going to be made from now on..They started it with the Mandalorian season two. stories intertwining..
Ahsoka told us in the Mando show he was raised at the Jedi temple and trained with many masters before someone saved him and hid him.

Well narratively it would be silly to make a big emotional deal of Grogu leaving Mando just for them to immediately reunite after one episode apart

Grogu is safe with Luke. Until he has bad thoughts and Luke throws him in a blender.
