Just an update I did get the V60 Dual Screen a few days after this post. It's insanely awesome and I'm totally loving it. I still miss my V20, went thru a lot of crap with it. Started a new job when I got it, where I needed to constantly use it etc etc. After using the V60 then going back to the V20, I do now notice that the V20 wasn't as fast as I remember. I don't mean benchmarks, obviously the much newer V60 would beat it. I mean like opening apps, scrolling, switching apps etc, yea it works on the v20, but I see the draw slowdowns I never really noticed before. I bet if I did factory reset the V20 it might be a lil more snappier but still will show its age.. On a side note: they offered $25!!! for a trade in value of my beautiful 100% mint condition with great battery life V20... HOW DARE THEY!! lolz I never would of considered any value to trade it in, was just curious, yea I obviously declined. Kudos to any and all of you that are smart enough to roll LG!!!
@@TechOdyssey Thanks! I really appreciate your breakdown and review. I'm actually leaving AT&T for the first time in over 15 years to go to T-Mobile thanks to their Buy One Get One free of this phone with the dual screen included. I can't wait to try to fit this monster into my pocket! LoL
I've had my Lg G4 too for 5yrs also now. I gave it to my Bestfriend now I'm using galaxy note fe and iPhone 11... but I'm planning to go back with LG. Since i really like the g4 specially the camera.
I miss my G4. I still own it, but it malfunctioned. Turned out i purchased one of the few G4s that had a boot-loop issue. But that occured on year 3. I currently use the G6 and are currently looking for an upgrade.
LG is criminally underrated. People judge these books by the cover alone. On the outside LG's phones are pretty bland. But they pack inside so much stuff that make the experience amazing. They are keeping the headphone jack and pairing it with a hi-fi DAC. Literally nobody else is doing this. So many tech savvy phone users are audiophiles as well. This is a huge feature for that crowd. They have vastly more manual mode settings for the camera for the really savvy photography and video people out there. The screen thing is a weird argument for me anyway. Everyone freaks out about this not having the resolution of a quad hd display because their TV is 4K. You're tv is probably 50-70 inches diagnally. 4K now makes sense for a display that size. A phone screen that is 10 times smaller is ten times as sharp as a 70 inch 1080p screen TV. People don't seem to really get this concept. 4K is completely overkill for a screen this size in my opinion. A resolution snob checks the box but I want to know who can truly say they can see a difference in video quality based on the resolution alone. The battery life problem and cost are lot more noticeable. This phone even with two screens is under a thousand dollars. You can't even find a Samsung with one screen under a grand. And now this dual screen thing, while not as seamless as the Galaxy Fold, is a lot more durable and vastly less cost. Also, it can be removed from the dual screen case when you are in situations where you aren't using two screens. It's the best of both worlds. This is the best implementation of the two screen experience we currently have.
This phone provided us with some of the things the others are moving on from. 3.5mm headphone jack, expandable memory slot etc... Fantastic phone w/out the fanboi following. It's sad though because even though it's a fantastic offering, LG is no longer in the phone business.
WITH an especially nice DAC! for me, as someone who has used ASMR to fall asleep for a long time, I sleep SO MUCH BETTER now listening to my favorite ASMR through some cheap earbuds with this awesome phone

It's crazy so many phones are dropping this because true wireless earbuds are just not ready for prime time yet, at all.
I've been using LG phones since I got out of high school. I will say I liked the LG stylo series. Then I got the galaxy a20, experience wasn't for me for some reason I have Samsung for other devices(tablets, laptop, chrome book) but I did get LG g8 thinq. I can say I love this phone. More so, I wasn't aware I could get a dual screen variant but seeing the LG v60, I might get this as an upgrade, give my old phone to a family member. I use and kill my phone easily throughout the day and pretty much use my phone a lot. Good review. Subbed.
Nice review. I just got my V60 yesterday and in moving from a OnePlus 7 Pro, I really like it! I don't miss the 4K screen and don't use facial recognition and appreciate the huge battery and long battery life. My dual screen should be here tomorrow, so I'll reserve my final judgment until then. Thanks for an informative review.
Had this since it came out and the battery alone is a buying point! I love the display, the speed of the phone, and the dual screen is pretty nifty too. I would highly recommend this phone, and I'm a Pixel convert.
I've owned LG v10 v20 v40 my favorite but since my wife broke her phone I gave her mines and i bought the v60 dual screen I didnt think I was going to like it but it is growing on me.. So far happy miss the back fingerscanner.
I agree with once you use it a day or two you could get used to it but there is a noticeable difference between 60 and 90 not so much between 90 and 120
Great review, i came from an s10 that I kept breaking and switched over to the v60 yesterday and already love it, its my first LG and feels so much better than my samsung did
I love the fact that this LG V60 is more practicality oriented: 1. QHD resolutions at this size (up to 7") are mostly wasted for 99% of users. The distance from which you have to look at the screen to notice a difference between Full HD and QHD, like 15-20 cm, is unhealthy for the eyes to begin with. Then anywhere from 30cm and further, QHD resolution on this size of screen is WASTED. It's a gimmick. 2. High refresh rates. 90, 120, 144Hz are all nice and dandy. WHO NEEDS THAT? Nobody. When are you going to notice that refresh rate motion fluidity? Ah, when scrolling through menus or scrolling through web pages / on social media. Uhuh. And how do you use the phone? You scroll to what you need to read, and then you read A STATIC IMAGE. And if you scroll sloooowly to read while scrolling, then 60Hz is ABSOLUTELY fluid enough. Again, high refresh rates are a gimmick. So FullHD screen at 60Hz plus 5000mAh battery? Now THAT'S A WIN. Also, having the quad DAC and the super detailed pro modes for photos and video is a bonus for the more tech savvy people out there. The LG V60 works anyway just as fine in the "out of the box" mode for noobies anyway. All this package for $800 or $900 (without or with the extra screen) is DAMN GOOD VALUE compared to what other flagships are out there on the market so far from the 2020 generation (Huawei P40 / Pro and Huawei's other brand, Honor Pro / Plus, Samsung S20 / Plus / Ultra, Oppo Find X2 Pro, One Plus 8 / Pro or Xiaomi Mi 10 / Pro) that ALL push against or over the $1000 price tag. Actually, the only ones that are under that are the normal Xiaomi Mi 10 and the Huawei Honor 30 models, going for $700-800.
I wouldn't say high refresh is a gimmick, it is noticeably nicer, the problem is high Hz, plus high res sucks down battery life, its just not a good trade off. I'm perfectly ok with 1080p at 60hz for my phone, but after going to 144hz 1440p on my desktop, there's no going back.
@@GSP-76 yeah...get the red magic for a few hundred less if you want a lesser battery, no memory expansion capability whatsoever and a camera that is 3 years behind. Nice try! You get what you pay for😉
CLEARLY SAID THE UNKOWN PERSONS WILL BUY ABOUT ELECTRONICS & ONLY SHOW PUT PPLS ARE BUYING . INTELLECTUAS BUY ONLY LG PHONES. WHAT IS SPECIAL ONLY CHEAP PUBLICITY ONLY.
*Great Review !* I'll stick with my older V20 for now as my personal favorite, it suits all my current needs, etc.. ...and you delicately yet clearly pointed out some design issues inherent in the V60-ThinQ's extra screen that have _room for improvement_ (my words, not urs), but I'll get one of these within the next year or so as 5G becomes more prevalent & integrated with a selection of devices & accessories, etc... Subscribed because you have a good quality clear speaking voice and genuine straight talk demeanor (not another hipster wannabe who comes across as a upscale thug techie, those reviewers make my skin crawl) *thank you for being down to earth and straightforward !!*
You don't have to call it that long name, just give it your own short nickname, like the V60 🙂. Love your channel by the way. I find you very honest on what you do.
I just came back to watch this one again. After seeing today's video (onward Mobility's unresponsiveness) I'm liking this phone a li'l. Yes, it's interesting seeing the evolution of your videos. :-)
Had v20, loved it up until lg didn't update the Android OS as Google pushed out newer versions. Samsung was like that but after Galaxy S8 and note 8 I've noticed Samsung pushing out update to OS much quicker. Has LG gotten better? If so I'm considering v60 + dual screen.
Well 3 years after buy this phone and dual screen.. I can proudly say its totaly worth it.. The original screeen didn't even burn.. Its such great phone to watch movie
Was a Samsung Note user for years. I've really enjoyed the move. Still has a 3.5 mm jack with built in DAC which a USB C or Bluetooth cannot match. With a single screen the battery lasts days compared to the Note which would be dragging the same day. I've been waiting on the "free" 2nd screen as part of a Verizon promo for a couple of months. It just shipped, so I'm anxious to try that too.
@@TechOdyssey I bought mine in August, and COVID isn't helping the supply chain. I've actually enjoyed the single screen. Works great as a daily driver. Seeing your review, the 2nd screen probably won't go along for the ride most of the time. I use mine for navigation on the water and backpacking quite a bit. I'm anxious to see how the extra display will do for maps.
Thanks for all the great info on the phone. I like that you gave the info good and bad. That way I have a fair assessment of the phone. I'm getting that phone this week and just wanted to know what to expect. Your video took care of that for me. I'll be waiting on your next review on it. Keep up the good work.
Adam, I enjoy your reviews immensely. This looks like a nice phone... not a lot I need from it, tho. I'm still on my BB Silver Passport and I hope it never dies!
I m a very happy proud LG smatphone user. And thats for more than 11 years long. Since lg cookie 2009. And i wouldn't change it for any other phone. (I work in a smatphone small beanies)
We see pretty much eye to eye! Thank you for the review. I just got my second screen in the mail today. And fortunately, I got it for free with an LG/Verizon promotion. Still checking out all the cool features.
Got the Speck case for it. Not dual, just the phone. The dual screen already acts like a case though. The back feels good on the hands. Looks really nice imo. Great phone , don't know what the rest is talking about. Great video, thanks.
I have the speck case on the way right now. I'm interested in trying it in single-mode to see how it stacks up more closely to the S20 Ultra as a standalone. However, the dual screen case works well and I don't have too many issues with it's protective qualities. Thanks for watching! I appreciate it!
Love this video ❤️ just got this phone yesterday and i am in love with it. almost got the Google pixel 4 but I'm glad i didn't ( not an iPhone person. ) love the camera on this phone!
Ive been rocking the LG since the Stylo. They have really come along way as far as phones and I don't think I will buy from another company for phones.
I'll have to look. I pulled it from the list of music on epidemic sound which is a place where you can pay a subscription to use copyright free music for things like RUclips videos.
The Dual-Screen case cost $199 on LG's site. I was lucky enough to find a promotion and got mine for free. Extra magnetic plug adaptors have been sold out for awile. I think people have been buying them out and selling them for more on Ebay.
I've always been a note guy. I've always gotten the next note as soon as it became available. When I had to turn in my note 7, I got the LG V20, .... I'm still rocking that same phone today...lol. This has been the best phone that I've ever had hands down. I haven't upgraded yet because for one, I love this phone, and two,... I'm waiting on 5g to become more available in more places.
I had the v20 for a while and it was awesome, and now i switched from oneplus 7pro to the v60. And damn lg really improved this year, am loving the phone so far.
Same here. I am using LG V30 past two years as primary driver. This is the best phone that I have used hands down and haven't faced any issues till date
Cool review! My parents just bought me this for my birthday next month... I'm just waiting for it to arrive. and not to mention, you can expand the memory card for up to 2TB for this phone
I switched from my S8+ to the LG Dual Screen 2 days ago, due to my S8+ broken. I really like the phone and I wanted to check out some review, and it is really good! Its gonna take some time to get used to the fact I own a LG now, but I have no problem with it, it's a very nice and amazing phone!
Solid review. One thing I have not seen mentioned is screen replacement cost. After my Galaxy Note Nine experience ($300 for new screen) I insist on knowing before buying.
Thanks for the feedback. Honestly it never even occurred to me to talk about screen replacement. I’ve never had one replaced before and when I put this video together I don’t even know how to find that information.
Great unbiased review of the LG v60. Nice work. Wanted to find out, can you do split screen on both screens at the same time meaning you are opening and viewing four applications at the same time?
Thank you for your review..the phone does have Gorilla Unbreakable Glass..but i dont think i heard u or other reviewers of this phone mention that important fact ..if u did i missed it ..but thanks
1. You actually CAN answer calls with the dual screen closed by hitting the google assistant button. 2. If you're texting folding the scree all the way around is fine. You aren't going to scratch the screen. 3. Feeling for the buttons is normal. You get used to it and memorize it naturally. 4. You can switch the navigation bar back to the normal one like the G7 or G8 had as well as customize it in the settings. Personally, I hate the new one.
But also about you, you are really good at your review videos I think. 1st time I've watched you and I think you covered this phone very well, the positives and negatives. I liked and subscribed and I will definitely check if you have videos 1st in the future for anything that I need to find one for... Stay safe
I just got mine! I love it... But its not for everyone. Its HEAVY...and I really don't like the magnetic charging adapter, it falls off often and seems super easy to lose. Multitasking is amazing though, really great speakers.. Same LG V format so its easy to pick up and use
Hi, as always great review, today is 8th Dec 2023, what do you think of buying the V60 today ? it's less than half price mentioned on your review, is it still relevant, worth it ? what about the updates or the lack of it, will effect the usability of the phone ? I live in Australia, do you know if the unlocked verizon phone works in Australia ? Please let me know what you think, thank you,
Hello, first time here, I listened to your review in the background while I was working on a project and enjoyed it. That said, I recall several references to how the phone works in regards to gaming but I don't recall hearing anything in regards to business (word, excel, etc). I just didn't feel like taking the time to watch the video again and my apologies if I missed it. Thank you sir.
Thanks you very much. Would you still recommend it now in January 2022? If you wouldn't recommend in in January 2022, what phone would you recommend that is a minimum of 6'8" with Expandable Storage and 3.5mm Headphone Jack? What is the music playing in the background?
Does both of the screens work independently like the Velvet? Also, can you assign separate wallpapers like the Velvet? I was curious as these were two points you addressed in the Velvet review, but not here, so I thought I'd ask.
Firstly fully hd+ is enough for such small size screen and good they didn't add any gimmick. Secondly 5000mah battery is enough for dual screen that's good Third camera and microphone is outstanding and way more improved then previous models Fourth it is one of its kind and so incomparable. Fifth its price also low campared to other flagships out there.
I've gone with LG since 2008 and never been disappointed, I am so glad they have kept a reasonable price for number one marks in near enough everything and the only things that are lower than number one are things you just have to understand more about mobiles to understand what developers are on about
The 1 thing i could care less about in any phone is the camera. I want my phone to able to do other things. I do business on my phones which the camera doesn't help. Too many ppl freak about the camera's in phone's. Some of us aren't buying phones to take a millon selfies or pics. I need a strong phone.
I have the v40 and love all the features. This phone has facial recognition and also fingerprint. So they did away with the facial recognition? On all my previous V phones I could dual screen on one single screen is that still capable on the V60?
Very good review, LG gives you a choice a single or duel screen. With a 1080p display expect 10+hrs SOT with a 5ooomamp 🔋? The 32bit DAC is best in class with the jack? A very good effort on LG'S part. The 60hz display is fine & dandy!
Waiting for my dual screen.. I like the camera.. The swipe back button is a pain when doing a game and it swipes when you don't want to... Also I bought a leather pouch case that is able to hold the phone with the dual screen attached.. On EBay...
I like LG phones. They're normally $100-200 less than Samsung and Tmobile always has a BOGO deal without requiring a new line so it brings it down to $400 for close to a top tier phone. The only thing I hated about this phone was the front screen finger print scanner (also why I haven't upgraded from the G8 and S10e). I do love the dual screen option and magnet charger.
I don't know if you are aware of this or not but if you're trying to text on the dual screen you can ask me turn it sideways and you can put the keyboard on one screen and text on the other
Got this phone 2 days ago as an upgrade. Being a galaxy user for many many years I was LG??? Had no idea what the features were and let me tell ya. Galaxy who??? Love love this phone. 😁😁
It would be nice, but I think they’re more geared towards the dual screen option right now to stand out. If you had two 6.8” displays with 90hz, even with a 5000mAh battery, that would be some serious battery drain
@@SkeetInTheEar Bawhaha!!!! Ummm, no. No phone needs 12gb ram. (In fact, no phone needs 8gb of ram either). It's really funny when people say this. I'd be willing to bet that no one who says this has EVER seen any RAM utilization benchmarks. Ever. They don't even know how much RAM they're using, or how much is actually needed.
@@beta_cygni1950 I have a oneplus 7t McLaren because my last 3 8gb phones locked up between work and personal use. Not everyone just uses their phone for tik tok dumby
@@SkeetInTheEar "my phone locked up, so it MUST BE the amount of RAM!!!" Whatever. Many people use these phones for work, and with highly computationaly intensive applications at that. Unless you have actually *measured* the amount of RAM that you used and have PROOF that was actually the issue (as opposed to the 1000s of other things that could have happened), then sit down, son.
Is there anyway you can explain what refresh rates and stuff is? I’m not very tech savvy but I want to know these things. Otherwise I appreciate you and love your reviews
Sorry I'm just replying to it. I never saw it... so many comments lately. Yes, you can turn off the 5G to save battery. You can go into the mobile network settings and change it to LTE without 5G.
If you're doing a more in depth review, don't forget to cover briefly the FM radio, and does it have a record button? Don't miss out showing the V60 has pen compatibility on each screen too.
Definitely won't forget. I know that you have to plug in earbuds to use the FM Radio, and of course they didn't come with a set. I have a set to test it out with, along with the sound. And, yes... I'm going to try and get a wacom stylus pen to go with it to test it out -and both screens are supposed to support it.
I have the LG v60 single screen n love it I love all lg product my TV n soundbar all lg ppl sleep on lg because they don't do much advertising like other companies but they products speak for them self
Depends on if you want it with or without the dual screen but I would guess based on normal LG history that likely you'll find one for around $499-525 used with the dual screen in the next 3-4 months, but things are up in the air right now. Not sure what to expect.
I am so happy i watched your video man. Seriously you covered more than enough for me that it narrowed it down to 1 question. I dont care about the facial rec, the screen i totally agree on the hard to notice a diff (friend has regular v60, got like 3min to do quick compare week ago), the battery was a major plus, but you had enough of the right things in there that i needed to know because they are a deal breaker for. DRASTIC DEAL BREAKERS TOO!! I seriously almost bought one today & im so glad i didnt. The main thing is the using it to call/texts. Then the buttons were all wrong. I cant believe LG did that. Im not brand dedicated. I tend to lean towards Samsung 1st but LG is definitely 2nd. Even their low end devices have always been quite shocking as what they come with. So i like LG a lot, but that button placement is amateur. Grotesquely amateur. Im so disappointed in them. The notifications screen not doubling as at least a dialer is really sad too. They have always had great attention to small details so those 2 items swayed me alone just about. I have bad arthritis and drop my phones a lot when my hands are bad and i would end up breaking that way too easy with the uncalled for opening of the phone for calls/texts. So i appreciate it sir u saved me a lot of money as i would of broken it within a month easy
Lol. Thanks for the heads up and the compliment. I just started experimenting with music. I didn't use to have music in my videos. It's hard to find stuff that doesn't get annoying or distracting for such a long period of time. I'll keep an eye on that for future videos though
Hi, what is the name / artist of the awesome background music? Thank you so much for this review. I have the LG V20 and was tremendously disappointed with it because it ran hot, sometimes very hot, and even has a feature or app to cool the phone. And, the version of Android on the V20 was not impressive. The most awesome feature of the LG V20 is the camera and ultra-wide angle, which I used in my appraisal business as a non-activated phone/camera for 2.5-years until I purchased iPad Pro 2020. I haven't purchased LG V60 because of my experience with V20 wondering if v60 runs any better and I really like my iPhone 8+. Your review helps me. My favorite phone ever was the huge Galaxy Note 2.

For a guy with mild tourettes you are very brave and do a great job at these videos. I have a stutter and I wouldnt fare half as well as you do
Thanks a lot, Bill. I appreciate it.
You are forgetting 3 mics for voice clarity and recording.
Did everyone forgot that this come with a 3.5mm headphone jack?
WITH an especially nice DAC! for me, as someone who has used ASMR to fall asleep for a long time, I sleep SO MUCH BETTER now listening to my favorite ASMR through some cheap earbuds with this awesome phone
It's crazy so many phones are dropping this because true wireless earbuds are just not ready for prime time yet, at all.
Omgomg asmr is the sheet with this
Biggest selling point for me
3.5mm jack and 3 mics for voice and recording clarity.
How do you like the phone?
Had this since it came out and the battery alone is a buying point! I love the display, the speed of the phone, and the dual screen is pretty nifty too. I would highly recommend this phone, and I'm a Pixel convert.
This is called a genuine Review !!
Thank you very much!

I just got my v 60 for 699 this week for the dual screen at t-mobile. Great value
Awesome. That is a good deal. I hope you're enjoying it.

I've owned LG v10 v20 v40 my favorite but since my wife broke her phone I gave her mines and i bought the v60 dual screen I didnt think I was going to like it but it is growing on me.. So far happy miss the back fingerscanner.
You are now my favorite phone reviewer - great job!!
Lol. Thanks! Welcome to the show.
this phone is soooooooooo UNDERRATED!!!!!!
Hard facts
I have one. Can not agree. Lots wrong.
@@norwegianzound what wrong with this phone
I agree with once you use it a day or two you could get used to it but there is a noticeable difference between 60 and 90 not so much between 90 and 120
I was Already pretty sold on this device but your review has me wanting to get this dual screen phone
Glad you enjoyed the video. Thanks a lot for watching.
Great review, i came from an s10 that I kept breaking and switched over to the v60 yesterday and already love it, its my first LG and feels so much better than my samsung did
Thank you. Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching. Enjoy the phone!
I love the fact that this LG V60 is more practicality oriented:
All phones costing $800-$900 are a scam. I just bought the Red Magic 5g which works on every U.S. carrier including Verizon and Sprint for $579.
@@GSP-76 yeah...get the red magic for a few hundred less if you want a lesser battery, no memory expansion capability whatsoever and a camera that is 3 years behind. Nice try! You get what you pay for😉

Awesome. Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching. I appreciate it, and the feedback
Thanks, Todd. Been a few changes since then for sure
The explanation within its self speaks volumes about you as a reviewer. This is how you review a phone without being biased yet giving fill detail.
Thank you very much. I appreciate it! Thanks for watching.
How about the quality of DAC audio sir?
I love my v20 actually because of the DAC!
It's fantastic! I have a set of IEMs and it sounds sooo good.
Seriously!?!? It just shipped? That’s ridiculous
Thanks for watching and the great feedback. I'm glad it was helpful!
Adam, I enjoy your reviews immensely. This looks like a nice phone... not a lot I need from it, tho. I'm still on my BB Silver Passport and I hope it never dies!

Thank you very much. I will look into that and see if you can.
You can only do split screen on the main screen, allowing you to run 3 apps at a time.
I started with the V10 and currently use a G7. Been extremely pleased with LG. Will be upgrading to the V60 or the G9 sometime this year.
Nice! Glad LG has been working so well for you.
Thank you for your review..the phone does have Gorilla Unbreakable Glass..but i dont think i heard u or other reviewers of this phone mention that important fact ..if u did i missed it ..but thanks
If you still watch this in 2020 lg is offering the 2nd screen for free when providing proof of purchase
Too late... Mine comes in two days.

@@Ace-the-Tiger how are you enjoying it?
No unlock = No Buy. Went with the LG G8X. Dual screen in the box, no bloat, and I can take it to any company.
But also about you, you are really good at your review videos I think. 1st time I've watched you and I think you covered this phone very well, the positives and negatives.
Please let me know what you think, thank you,
LG is the boss. I Love my new V600 dual screen very unique phone. Satisfied customer!

May have been asked, but when texting why don't you just flip the second screen all the way around and text like you would on any other phone?
Because, you can text how you’d like to. it doesn’t change much, it just adds a neat feature
Excellent review. I'm looking at one with the 2nd screen for $390. Looks like it's been gently used.
You're looking at a helluva deal I'm paying that just for the phone.
Genuine review. And you have earned a new subscriber 😉
Awesome. Thanks!
Thanks you very much. Would you still recommend it now in January 2022? If you wouldn't recommend in in January 2022, what phone would you recommend that is a minimum of 6'8" with Expandable Storage and 3.5mm Headphone Jack? What is the music playing in the background?
Some random music I got. Not sure what it is. Would I still recommend it? At the right price.
Does both of the screens work independently like the Velvet? Also, can you assign separate wallpapers like the Velvet? I was curious as these were two points you addressed in the Velvet review, but not here, so I thought I'd ask.
I love this staff after 2 years even more. 😎
Nice!
Firstly fully hd+ is enough for such small size screen and good they didn't add any gimmick.
Secondly 5000mah battery is enough for dual screen that's good
Third camera and microphone is outstanding and way more improved then previous models
Fourth it is one of its kind and so incomparable.
Has anything updated in what you have reviewed within the last month or so? I just ordered the phone so figured id ask
I'm currently using the g8x dual screen, and I'm already waiting to upgrade to the v60 dual screen ❤️
I just bought the G8X. I NEED THE V60 THOUGH. Hope you ended up getting it
I have the v40 and love all the features.
Thank you. It’s definitely a sharp phone. I like it a lot
Waiting for my dual screen.. I like the camera.. The swipe back button is a pain when doing a game and it swipes when you don't want to... Also I bought a leather pouch case that is able to hold the phone with the dual screen attached.. On EBay...
Great review, thinking about getting this as a work phone for the large battery.
Thanks a lot. Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching. And yes. Battery is fantastic
I got mine through att for 700$ off so tye total with dual was 200$
I don't know if you are aware of this or not but if you're trying to text on the dual screen you can ask me turn it sideways and you can put the keyboard on one screen and text on the other
Also, no mirror mode is a missed opportunity. Easily the most utilized feature of my dual screen phone.
Got this phone 2 days ago as an upgrade. Being a galaxy user for many many years I was LG??? Had no idea what the features were and let me tell ya. Galaxy who??? Love love this phone. 😁😁

Great video! Does the phone come with a pre-installed screen protector?
Thank you. No. Unfortunately it doesn't.
I love LG, I've been running the v30 for years now. My only big problem with the v60 is the screen refresh rate, I wish it was atleast 90hz
It would be nice, but I think they’re more geared towards the dual screen option right now to stand out. If you had two 6.8” displays with 90hz, even with a 5000mAh battery, that would be some serious battery drain
And it should have at least 12gb ram
@@SkeetInTheEar Bawhaha!!!! Ummm, no. No phone needs 12gb ram. (In fact, no phone needs 8gb of ram either).
It's really funny when people say this. I'd be willing to bet that no one who says this has EVER seen any RAM utilization benchmarks. Ever. They don't even know how much RAM they're using, or how much is actually needed.

Whatever.

I think it'll be less expensive in a couple of months. How cheap do you guys think it'll get?
Depends on if you want it with or without the dual screen but I would guess based on normal LG history that likely you'll find one for around $499-525 used with the dual screen in the next 3-4 months, but things are up in the air right now. Not sure what to expect.
The V60 without the dual screen? I'm a few months, I'd love to see it drop to 280-380$. With the dual screen it may drop to 450-480.
I got it "for free" on AT&T with a contract. Comes with a free clear case as well
I am so happy i watched your video man.
I've had the LG x charge for a few years now but now I think it's time to get the v60
You won’t be disappointed. And that’s a huge upgrade!
Definitely an underrated phone. Good video.
For sure. It's got a lot going for it. And thanks!
Amazing video man. That background music is really depressing.. lol
Lol. Thanks for the heads up and the compliment. I just started experimenting with music. I didn't use to have music in my videos. It's hard to find stuff that doesn't get annoying or distracting for such a long period of time. I'll keep an eye on that for future videos though
My 1st phone was a lg and i loved it so now im a fan of lg

I love my v60 DS. With the gamepad u have to make a custom controller for games that won't support a preset controller
