I did my DV process alone and pass my interview it was very easy.
I just read pass interview questions from Britt blog and study them.
The questions really repeat themselves based on your case.

So let's say I have a university degree but at the time of my Interview I am not employed and have not been employed for a few months, would that be enough to get disqualified even though you're technically applying for a green card? What if I show them personal projects I've been working on related to my degree? I just cannot imagine going to a GC visa interview and getting denied.

That is the wrong form. You cannot use the I-864 on a DV case. You need the I-134.

hello Simon if I don't have sponsor but can proof that I have enough money to immigrate do I still need sponsor in USA or I can prove it by bringing bank statements? also is current employer letter necessary?
You can show savings (at least $10k per person), and that "might" be acceptable, and I-134 is more reliable. A letter from your current employer is NOT useful for public charge.

Im a DV2020 winner from Asia. I don't have a sponsor so im hoping to present my bank statements to support financing. I have 2 questions
1. How much should I have to meet the requirement for a family of 2? (I know the more the better, but pls tell me atleast the minimum)
2. For how long should I take the bank statements(should it be statement for 1month?/6 months?/1 year)

1. $10,000 per person - is the MINIMUM you could show - but it is subjective - a CO could easily ask for more.
2. A few months is fine.

Yes you have a chance, but CP would be slightly safer due to the high number.

When you pay US$ 330 for the DV Lottery interview, and if they deny you the visa for some reason, that money $330 will go down the drain, right ?. And, if you are a couple, it will be US$ 660.

Hi, my wife was selected in the DV2020 program. At the time we were living in South Africa, completed and submitted, I know! Didn't know any better.
Anyway, subsequent to that, my company transferred me to the US, we are now living here, have SSN etc., me on the L1 visa and wife and kids on L2. I have sent the email to get the DS-260s unlocked so we can amend our new situation and give details on new adr, contact details.
What happens now, from what I can figure the process is different if you are in the US
Most people residing in the USA would chose to adjust status from within the USA (AOS versus CP for consular processing). It’s a slightly longer process, but special rules allow DV based AOS cases to submit their application earlier than CP cases. There are pros and cons of AOS, so you need to learn the differences, make a decision and proceed one way or another. The best source of info for DV based AOS is at the link below. Read the spreadsheet on the first post of that thread and once you have read all that you can ask “Mom” questions if needed (but please put the effort in first).

Hello I won a DV 2020 I and my son and then later I added my husband who is from (Nigeria) then later I realized that, that country Nigeria doesn't qualify for the DV lottery but we are married from Uganda my country of origin. Is there any way u can help me no whether I will qualify for the interview besides I haven't received any information on how to submit my supporting documents am really worried I need your ideas here boss. The nationality of a derivative doesn't matter. Your husband would be charged to your country. However, if you were married before the DV entry then he should have been listed on your entry.
